Wunderbar
Pros:

Tolle Lage im wunderschönen Viertel Vomero. Funicolare (Standseilbahn) und Metro direkt nebenan. Großes, sauberes, ruhiges, klimatisiertes und auch sonst gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal, das bei Fragen gerne weiterhilft. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sollte ich nochmals nach Neapel kommen (was ich hoffe), werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten! Grazie mille!

Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile . La posizione comoda alla metro e alla funicolare , il quartiere molto servito ed elegante

Se fosse possibile mettere una piccola rampa/ scivolo per i pochi scalini fino all’accesso dell’ascensore per facilitare il trasporto bagagli fino all’ascensore

A very lovely stay, a nice place to come back.
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a lovely neighbourhood. The surprise for us was that it is at the top floor of an apartment building and the elevator was an old style one. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and confortable, the beakfast was good and the personnelle was nice, friendly and helpful. We were also lucky to have a room with sea view and we were delighted by the beautiful sky over the sea in the sunset light. Every evening and night we could hear from the window the chirping of swallows that had their nests in the area, and we thouth this was lovely.

Cons:

It's not actually something that we do not like, it is just a small observation that the interior staircase of the hotel is a little unconfortable to climb but we get used to it in time.

Parfait pour quelques jours à Naples.
Pros:

Emplacement dans un quartier calme, dans un immeuble style ‘maison de maître, à l’ancienne’, avec des cages d’ascenseur en fer forgé.
La proximité avec la ligne 1 du métro donne un accès aisé aux différents quartiers de la ville.

Pros:

La qualité de l'hôtel, la disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel. Ses prestations : chambre spacieuse et bien équipée (notamment d'une grande literie)
Sa situation géographique à la fois proche du centre et de son animation mais dans un quartier calme.

Любимый отель в Неаполе! Четыре раза в нем останавливался уже и буду еще там останавливаться. Супер удобное место расположения, очень приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак! Лучший район города по моему мнению, не туристический, в этом и прелесть. Очень удобная транспортная доступность до любых достопримечательностей города. 10 метров до ближайшей станции метро, 3 фуникулера рядом.

Cons:

есть мелкие недочеты по номерам, например не очень комфортные матрасы, слишком мягкие, но с учетом плюсов отеля, о них даже не очень удобно говорить

Recomiendo el excelente servicio del hotel
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, el nivel de limpieza excelente, desayuno completo, bien ubicado en una zona segura y tranquila cerca del metro. El personal es muy amable y atento. Lo recomiendo, si tuviera que volver sin duda lo escogería.

Cons:

En la entrada hay que vigilar con el bordillo sobre todo por la noche para no tropezar, el ascensor empieza en el nivel entresuelo, no en el 0. No recomiendo hacer el paseo andando de la zona del puerto/ quartieri hacia la ubicación del hotel, mejor coger el transporte (metro, taxi), hay una infinidad de escaleras en la calle.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Metro und Standseilbahn direkt vor der Tür. in max. 10 erreicht man die Altstadt oder den Hafen. Das Viertel Vomero ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Das Personal ist sehr nett, speziell Manuele der Front Office Manager war sehr zuvorkommend und ausnehmend freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!
