Шум с ресторана отеля до 2 часов ночи не давал уснуть. На следующее утро я сразу сказала обо всем администрации, они поменяли мне номер, но там все также плохо было. И я просто съехала. Мне не вернули деньги, мне не сделали ничего взамен. Первый день отдыха был испорчен!

Staff behaviour. So welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

1. The windows were very unclean with visible dust, grim and dirt
2. The room was not the same as shown in the photo
3. AC was working very well that even i switched off it was blowing cold air
4. Room heating system was not working
5. One of the lady staff at reception asked me to pay 5BD for allowing a guest to visit me for short stay although the room was a double room.
6. The room is not sound proof

Hotel určitě splnil naše očekávání.

Velmi prostorný pokoj, pohodlné postele.
Velmi ochotný personál, který nám vyšel vstříc a pokoj byl v klidné zóně hotelu.
Vynikající bufetová snídaně.
Ideální poloha hotelu v centru.
