Ein kleines Hotel in außergewöhnlicher Lage
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage am Meer, das hervorragende Restaurant
Immer freie Liegen und Sonnenschirmen,
das bemühte Personal

Cons:

Der etwas schwierige Zugang in das Meer.
Die mäßige Zimmerreinigung, sofortige Nacharbeit bei Hinweis.

Die Lage, der Liegebereich am Meer
Das Essen im Restaurant war top!

Cons:

Personal: unfreundlich, maßlos überfordert
Frühstück: naja... man musste am Vorabend ausfüllen, was man gerne hätte, bekommen haben wir davon die Hälfte. Die Brötchen waren waren für Kleinkinder. 1 Frühstück ok, für mehrere Tage Nein danke!
Zimmer: extremst modriger Geruch, der Sitzbereich vor dem Zimmer war extrem ungepflegt, Größe: sehr klein, WC-Deckel war kaputt.
Bei den Badeliegen lag am Vormittag noch das Saufgelage der Badegäste vom Vortag!

Somit war der Preis von €204 für 1 Nacht für 2 Personen überteuert!

Es wirkt, als würden sich die Besitzer einzig die Lage bezahlen lassen.

Zu teuer für das was geboten wird
Pros:

Der Kaffee ist ausgezeichnet.
Der Einstieg von der Terrasse ins Meer ist sehr ok, Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden, Badetücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Fotos versprechen wesentlich mehr, als man bekommt: die Zimmer sind winzig. Es gibt fast keine Steckdosen zum Aufladen der elektronischen Geräte. Will man das Aufladen beim Nachttisch erledigen, muss man das Nachttischlicht ausstecken. Öffnet man die Kastentür, kann der Partner nicht mehr vorbeigehen. Der Duschkopf sprüht in alle Richtungen, die Handbrause funktioniert gar nicht. Die Dusche ist riesengroß (wozu?), dafür gibt’s im Badezimmer fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Terrasse ist ein Bretterverschlag.
Für das Frühstück muss man beim Einchecken in einer Liste auswählen, was man möchte, es gibt kein Buffet. Außerdem muss man eine gewünschte Uhrzeit angeben - unter Urlaub stelle ich mir was anderes vor …
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind beengt, kommt man spät abends zum Hotel, kann es passieren, dass nichts mehr frei ist.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel, für das, was geboten wird, zu teuer - aber es ist eben eines der ganz wenigen Hotels hier, die einen direkten Zugang zum Meer haben.

Nagyon ajánlom, bár az ára kicsit borsos, de a szép partszakasz kárpótol ezért.
Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda parkolóval, Trieszt és a Miramera kastély között félúton a tengerparton, saját terasszal, nyugágyakkal, napernyővel, fürdési lehetőséggel. Nagyon finom, bőséges reggeli, amit kértünk, azt kaptunk. Jó buszközlekedés a városba és a kastély irányába is. Hangulatos vacsora helyszín.

Cons:

Szűkös parkoló, de legalább van, és használható. A recepción elhelyezhető lenne egy buszos utazást könnyítő kis segédlet, térképpel, ábrával a városközponthoz közeli megállók jelölésével, buszok számozásával. Segítettek a recepción, de aki nem beszél jól olaszul és angolul, annak nehéz így útbaigazítást kérnie. Egy térkép sokkal egyszerűbb lenne.

Davanti al mare
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta la struttura è direttamente sul mare . Nella bella stagione si può stare nei lettini , godere del paesaggio e fare un bel bagno . Il personale è professionale e gentile. Molto pratico il ristorante accanto che offre un ottimo menù e sempre una vista suggestiva sul mare .

Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück war auf Bestellung und ok mit Schinken, Käse und auch Eier. Nette Sonnenterrasse direkt am Meer.

Cons:

In angeschlossenem Restaurant war am Abend ohne Reservierung kein Tisch zu bekommen, obwohl das Lokal nicht voll war.
