Von einem **** Haus erwarte ich bessere Gastgeberleistungen.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet und Küche allgemein sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Receptionspersonal war einsilbig, nicht kommunikativ und den Gastgeberanfoderungen nicht gewachsen.

superschönes nostalgisches Hotel mit allem Komfort
Pros:

Frühstück reichhaltig, Lage gut, sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Parkplatz auch noch am Abreisetag zur Verfügung, sehr nahe am Bahnhof ( Fussdistanz)

Cons:

Zwischensaison deshalb sind nicht alle Bahnen gefahren ( da kann das Hotel nix dafür;-)), Abends war spontan kein Platz im Hotelrestaurant.

Anständige Angestellte.

Cons:

Eine Suite genommen. Ohne Emotionen oder liebevoll eingerichtet. Unpassende Polster, unansehnliche Möbel. Nicht mal ein Wasser oder so wenn man das Zimmer bezieht. Terasse wäre io, Treppe in der Suite unpassierbar und gefährlich. Kaffemaschine inkl, billige Nespresso im Lavabo abgestellt. Im Restaurant dann Grillabend für pauschale. 90Prozent Cervelats und Bratwurst. Was soll das. 4Sterne Hotel geht definitiv anders.

Cons:

Licht im Bad defekt. Duschvorhang im Bad defekt. Teppich des Zimmers voller Haare und sogar Erdnüsse.

Pros:

The Hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station and Parsenn ropeway. The staff was flexible to arrange us a late dinner. The breakfast was good and in a restaurant with good views of the outside. Great location for a weekend out skiing.
