Cons:

ich hatte ein superZimmer gebucht wurde aber dann in ein 2 Sternzimmer abserviert Fr 500.- pro Nacht. Nach vielen Grsprächen bekam ich am nächsten Nachmittag ein besseres Zimmer. Kein Entgegenkommen mit dem Preis. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstrasse. Das Frühstück ist normal nichts aussergewöhnlich. Im Restaurant weisss das Personal teilweise nicht was es serviert… Wellness klein und ungemütlich! Viel zu teuer , das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Super Lage und genügend Parkplätze vor Ort. Super Restaurant‘s im Hotel.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr warm aufgrund der Bodenheizung, wir mussten das Fenster während der Nacht offen stehen lassen…leider gab es keine Lösung seitens Hotel (Problem ist bekannt).

Schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ideale Ausgangslage für schöne Spaziergänge.
Hotel/Zimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und/oder wir hatten sehr Pech mit unserem Zimmernachbarn.
Leider hat die vorgängige Kommunikation bezüglich Hund nicht optimal geklappt, was dann am 1. Abend für eine unschöne Diskussion mit einem Mitarbeiter geführt hat. Vor Ort wurde aber dann ab dem 2. Tag eine Lösung gefunden. Wenig Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Garagenplatz sehr teuer.

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert. Zimmer bei Ankunft bereit.

Cons:

Personal beim Frühstück nicht so motiviert, kam nicht einmal ein Guten Morgen
Wollten am Nachmittag ein Tisch für das Abendessen reservieren. Die Antwort, sind voll sie müssen etwas anderes suchen...
Als Gast hätte ich eine andere Antwort erwartet... Nicht einmal eine Empfehlung

Keinesfalls ein Viersterne-Hotel! :-(
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig. Die Lage zum Bahnhof "Davos Dorf" lag für mich perfekt (3 Gehminuten). Das Frühstück war okay.

Cons:

Leider gab es sehr vieles, das überhaupt nicht gepasst hat:
Das Zimmer hat zwar eine Minibar, aber die ist leer. Einen Safe, aber keinen Schlüssel dazu. Ich habe vier Nächte da geschlafen; einmal wurde vergessen, das Zimmer zu machen. Sowas habe ich überhaupt noch nie erlebt!
Das Enttäuschendste aber war die "Halbpension". Der Speisesaal total überhitzt, es war wie in einer Sauna. Was es zu essen gab, wurde den Kunden nicht kundgetan. Eine kleine Karte am Eingang hätte genügt! Beim "Buffet" (3 Nächte von vier) war teilweise nicht einmal angeschrieben, was sich in den Behältern befand.
Das eine Mal ohne Buffet war die Speisefolge: Salat / Bratwurst / "armer Ritter". Und das für 35 Franken.
Insgesamt: Woher das Hotel seine vier Sterne her hat, ist mir schleierhaft.
