Fabulous accommodation. The only downside was the weather., it rained for the whole of our 2 day stay
Pros:

It was spacious , modern, clean with comfortable beds and modern appliances, it was close to all amenities. There was everything you needed. The pool area looked lovely but we didn’t get to use it due to bad weather

Pros:

Perfectly appointed apartment for our family, with all of the inclusions we could need. The pool and gardens were immaculate, and the added guest touches including pool equipment, courtesy books to read and canoes, were a real bonus. Only a short stroll to Noosa Beach and to Noosaville- the best of both worlds. Patrick was a fabulous host, offering early access to the apartment, which was great!!

Pros:

Patrick et July sont aux petits soins !
Espace communs (salon, piscine, parking ..) bien tenus et agréables.
Le logement était très spacieux et confortable, et la petite cour agréable. Rien a redire sur les équipements.
Proche du centre (15min a pieds)

Cons:

Huisseries un peu datées : isolation phonique pas optimale et ca laisse passer le jour ; on est réveillé avec le soleil.
Le menage pourrait etre un peu plus poussé (sous le canapé, meubles, rebords de fenêtres), mais c’est globalement propre (8/10)..

Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location was brilliant– just a short walk to the town, with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and the beach all within easy reach. It was so convenient to be able to stroll everywhere but there was a bus right outside the door also if needed.
The apartment itself was gorgeous – beautifully presented, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing, and the pool was stunning.
Patrick was brilliant from start to finish. He was extremely accommodating, helpful, and responsive, making everything so easy for us. An excellent host who really goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

It was overall good.
Pros:

Location is very good, rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not good. There were a previous guests underwear in a drawer in the master bedroom and a bag of dirty underwear in the downstairs bathroom.
There was a dead cockroach stuck in the drain of the dishwasher 🤢
Window in the second bathroom needs a blind as it is not private.
Not enough towels provided for all the guests.
The couch covers were very dirty, we had to wash them.
