Details spoiled the overall picture
Pros:

Very clean hotel in amazing location inside the old city with private parking. The breakfast area during the summer time should be gorgeous. The staff made its best but....

Cons:

The heating system was not working. We notify it to the reception before going a walk and when we returned they told us that they fixed it. End of January we fell asleep wearing our sweaters. The breakfast was very poor without any hot dishes (scrambled eggs i.e.)3 of the 4 supports on the toilet lid were missing and the curtain support was a cheap and rickety solution that is not appropriate for hotels of this standard.

Pros:

The room, the hotel and the position are exceptional. P6 park is 5 minutes walk; it is at very reasonable distance that not create problems also if you forget something in the car.

Cons:

We had big problems with heating and comfort. Outside has been 0 degree, the room's wall was cold (probably because not heated for long time), and when we arrived the heating couldn’t heat good the room up in the middle of the night (reception declared us a temperature that I not believe was correct at least in the room and bed area with external walls). If you go out from the room (to see the city or to eat) the hot ventilation stop! In the room was only one extra blanket for 3 people. We asked some extra blanket more and we received some useless bedspread. The heating fan and bathroom fan make a terrible noise almost insufferable if you sleep or if you go in the bathroom and if you not want get up all the other. Bad condition and a nightmare night for a 3 star night in San Marino! We has been lucky that we had some personal blanket in out car! Need just a little more of attention for your guests!!!
