Pros:

Arată foarte bine locația și este curată , micul dejun pot să înțeleg ca se plătește dar nu mi se pare un mic dejun din care să mănânci bine și ok . Dar la hotel în sine nu am ce să îi comentez .

Cons:

Experiența cu chelnerii a fost groaznică , au insistat să plătim cash deșii nu am avut la noi . Când am cerut card ne-au zis ca “foarte rău ca nu avem cash” , o experieanta foarte neplăcută cu chelnerii ăștia cu nasul pe sus .

Pros:

Сучасний, новий, чистий готель! Співвідношення ціна, якість супер! Привітний молодий персонал, в номерах чисто, є вода, чай, кава, вино! Сніданки смачні, але могли би бути ще смачніше!

Pros:

Вже напевно в 4 сюди повертаємося, але цього разу обрали найдешевші номери і вони виявилися трішки помилкою.

Cons:

Бо сам номер ідентичний до тих що вище поверхом, але на першому поверсі жахлива шумоізоляція. всю ніч було чутно, як хтось ходив в туалет, ходив по коридору та говорив( в нас був зранку літак, тому добре виспатися не вдалося(

Perfect SPA hotel with a restaurant

We had a wonderful stay at Tulip Hotel in Chișinău and would gladly return again.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, it was organized quickly and professionally, making our stay truly comfortable and stress-free.

Our room impressed us from the very first minute. The design is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully planned. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well maintained. The beds were absolutely fantastic, with incredibly comfortable mattresses and high-quality bedding that made every night's sleep a pleasure.

A special highlight was our room on the fifth floor with a balcony overlooking the city. Sitting there in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the panoramic view of Chișinău became one of our favorite moments of the trip.

We were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely complimentary gift from the hotel, which made us feel especially appreciated as guests.

The spa area deserves special praise. The massage was excellent and became one of the most relaxing experiences of our stay. After a busy day, it was exactly what we needed.

The hotel restaurant was another pleasant discovery. The food was delicious, room service was convenient and prompt, and the outdoor terrace provided a wonderful atmosphere for dining in the fresh air.

Thank you to the entire Tulip Hotel team for your hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. You helped make our stay in Chișinău truly memorable, and we will happily recommend your hotel to friends and family.

Very good.
Pros:

They were very quick to respond to my question about dietary requirements.

Cons:

More storage in the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom was a good size but there could have been more drawer space and hooks on walls, doors to hang towels etc. I would also have liked a proper ironing board and iron. There was no shelf in the bathroom which made things a bit awkward.
