het was erg slecht

Cons:

Bij aankomst was het hotel overboekt, en hadden ze geen plek voor ons, terwijl wij al ruim van te voren via Booking.com hadden gereserveerd en betaald. Onze reservering was vanaf onze kant niet te annuleren, wij zouden ons geld terug krijgen en zelf een ander hotel moeten gaan zoeken. Na lang aandringen wilde zij een ander hotel voor ons contacten, maar de meerprijs zouden we zelf moeten betalen. Dit was onacceptabel. Zeer teleurgesteld.

geen werkende airco, wc was stuk, geen handdoeken en na vragen kregen we handdoeken die gescheurd waren, de kamer was nog niet schoongemaakt bij aankomst rond 17.00 uur.

Dramatisch, moeten slapen in de auto!!

Je krijgt een bevestiging dat de inchecktijd akkoord is. Kom je aankom 22:00 avonds hoor je dat het hotel overboekt is.
En dat ze dit al weten maar pas beginnen met een oplossing te zoeken als we er zijn.
Er komt geen oplossing waardoor we met kinderen de nacht in de auto moeten doorbrengen
