If you are looking for Lebanese food in Abu Dhabi, this is the best place. Great atmosphere and amazing food. Fantastic service.

5 Stars: a high and loose rating for a hotel that deserves a quarter of a non-luminous star
My first bad experience after hundreds of reservations around the world, I want to share it with everyone:
Parking: Your car is in the sun on the road all day
Private Pool: You have to get out of the hotel and walk along the road to find a pool smaller than a water tank not even full and unclean.
Private Beach: There is no private beach
Free Cancellation: You pay 50%, and after canceling the reservation, the money evaporates no refund.
Beautiful pictures on Google and a nice lady who unfortunately tells you all the incorrect information Before the reservation and if you want to cancel the reservation, there is no one to respond to you.

Beautiful view from the suite overlooking the sea.

But you have a road accessing to the nearby parking under your window. And most disturbing is the permanent noise from the huge generator on the right corner ( you are in Lebanon...with no public power supply guaranteed ). Ask for a room away from that corner. You will also experience unbearable noise from parties held in the restaurant facing the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, and make sure you never miss it, with on demand prepared omelet or fried eggs, mankouche b'zaatar- lebanese thyme and olive oil breakfas pizza, assortment of homemade jams, all sorts of brewed coffees, fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, healthy veggies proteins ( balila, foul ), croissants, lebanese sweets, etc.... The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Overall, you will definitely enjoy your stay here

Be sure to stay in a sea view room, the sunset is breathtakingly beautiful! Reception staff were very kind and helpful - super easy check in! The room it’s self was spacious and had a heap of space to hand clothes and pack away luggage. We didn’t really explore the area on this stay, although this location is great for bars and dining (a short stroll from the hotel).

You also have access to swim in the ocean just across the road - crystal clear water and just the perfect temperature! Highly recommended for a short or long term stay. Thank you

Excellent hotel with great service. Was only there for 1 night but very accommodating and nice area if you want somewhere outside Beirut. Excellent food also with breakfast being brought to the room without charge.

Excellent hotel and very comfortable beds. I loved the direct access to the sea across (it’s not a beach but steps into a safe swimming cove, so not suitable for kids) the road. I felt very safe and all the staff I came into contact with were great. Unfortunately I had to cut my stay shorter than intended as the bar across the street was very loud into the early hours. The staff were very attentive and pleasant about me needed to curtail my trip.

It’s a shame! 1AM and still super loud music in the hotel bar outside. Impossible to sleep!!!! I usually don’t care for noise but this is ridiculous! Sounds like there’s a night club on my bed. It’s a shame! If you have any intention to sleep; noon another hotel!

Amazing location. Staff are very friendly and they try to make your stay comfortable.It has a small hotel feeling. Rooms are ok with quite old furniture. They have nice meeting rooms for big meetings. The internet is get bad. From the hotel you can access the city near by for a lot of restaurants.

I booked the stay as a gift for my brother and his family coming from the USA; they absolutely loved it! the staff were amazing , friendly and very accommodating. The view of the Mediterranean was breathtaking! Thank you Sur Mer .

The hotel was full of noisy kids this time, which was a bit annoying

Amazing staff, courteous, and generous. The day serving manager is exceptionally helpful, room service fast and nice, and special credit to the valley guy who goes beyond to satisfy you. Only drawback is the music was playing loud till late last night at the outdoor pool.

An amazing place and location to die for

What a great hotel, what a great location and what a great town! I spent four days here and this was my base to see Lebanon and what a great choice that was. Forget Beirut, stay here! The town is charming, walkable, friendly and has great shops and restaurants. The hotel is right on the water with a great view of the Mediterranean. The front desk was very responsive and helpful. The food was good as well although the service in the restaurant could be a little more responsive. It was a great stay and I am looking forward to coming back.

First time at the restaurant and trying Lebanese food and the food was excellent and tasted wonderful. Our waiter Jalal was exceptional and the whole experience was one of the best we have had on our holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and the location was overlooking the marina. I would totally recommend Byblos to everybody. Please don’t leave without experiencing this.
