Absolutely fantastic best hotel we have stayed in in Argentina by far
Pros:

Fabulous location , lovely decoration clean and great breakfast. Super kind staff. We had room 14deluxe suite was huge very modern.

Cons:

There were only 2 broken plastic sun loungers by the pool so we and other guest had to lie on the ground or sit in ridged metal chairs neither had cushions.
This was so not what like the ready of the hotel. There were 2 metal wire chairs on the private terrace. They too were very and needed cushions . Other than this it was fantastic.

A atmosfera do hotel combina muito com o lugar e o hotel está muito bem localizado

Cons:

Achamos o café da manhã fraco. Tivemos a impressão de ter um padrão de café da manhã em relação a outros hotéis no mesmo padrão que ficamos na viagem, porém poderia ser melhor.

El lugar es increíble, los chicos encargados del desayuno y limpieza son muy atentos y predispuestos.
El problema fue que en la descripción del hospedaje dice en la descripción de las instalaciones que hay parrilla (motivo por el que elegí el hospedaje) de hecho mandé un mensaje a través de la app para consultar si debía avisar que la quería usar y me contestaron que no había problemas que la podía usar sin drama.
Al llegar consulté donde era, y primero me dijeron que no había parrilla, para luego decirme que si había un “chulengo”, con muy mala predisposición, el cual estaba sucio, sin utensilios para asar y ninguna ayuda por parte de la recepcionista se ayudarme a resolver mi inconveniente, a pesar de mostrarle que su compañero respondió a mi consulta diciendo que iba a tener la parrilla disponible para cuando necesite usarla.
Me molestó mucho que publiquen y digan que hay algo disponible cuando no es así, y la mala predisposición posterior para resolver un inconveniente o resolver sobre la marcha una inquietud de los huéspedes.

Gostei do Conforto, vista da sacada, limpeza, café da manhã e local perto do centro. Lugar que recomendo e quando voltar à Tilcare retornarei nesse hotel
