We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. It was a nice room. It wasn't fancy, but it was a nice place to stay at the end of a busy day. It would have been nice if they provided instructions on using the appliances or finding certain power switches, but we managed. We would consider staying again.

Great place, equipped and comfortable

Great accommodation. Plenty of room in the studio. Very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location; less than 5 mins walk to the tube. Next to a Tesco Express and Battersea Dogs & Cats Home (with a little cafe!).

Very nice place to stay in London with kids.
2 minutes’ walk from Battersea arcade.
Lots of buses to and from what-to-see pounts for travelers.

The condo is a health hazzard. Lot's of black mould!

Second stay here, great value for money. The apartment is large has everything you need. 6 tube stops to Leicester Square

These are converted apartments at a reasonable price in a very central location but buyer beware. There were strange things from the start like emails saying they will close at 8 pm for checkins, a loud pumping noise anytime water was used and they didnt provide any laundry detergent.
The main issues were our front door would not lock and we didn’t have hot water. The door went right out to the main parking lot so not having this security was a major issue. The front desk is only open a few hours a day and they won’t call you back. Hotels.com attempted to call the hotel for assistance or refund us so we could go to a different hotel and they ignored them as well so we were stuck. They finally replied to hotels.com two days later saying the cost is non-refundable and we didn’t complain while there - this is totally false as we left messages as did hotels.com.

Good value

The pictures are very deceptive, place was smelly of sewer. Overall it’s not a kid friendly place but for the price point it’s great compared to other property’s around. I probably won’t be coming back but it was a decent stay.

The property was in immaculate condition and perfect location for Battersea Park. The service from the reception was very professiona, efficient and friendly. Would definitely book to go back.

This is a nice, bright apartment. The local tube station is a good one, with easy access to the city for going to shows etc. The local supermarket across the road and a great park just around the corner make the location a good one. The place was well equipped for us and our adult children, and the air-conditioners were appreciated for the week that we were there. The people at reception were helpful.

Absolutely pleasantly surprised, such a modern, clean and comfortable apartment in prime location for Battersea Power station, only 3mins walk from train station. Very friendly reception. Good communication beforehand. Highly recommended
