Wasn't the best.

The beds were comfortable. First front desk lady was nice

Cons:

My ac/heater. Didn't work and when we told the man all he said was we should have told him before. But we got there so late by the time I noticed I didn't want to move

Comfortable and QUIET
Pros:

Staff was friendly, everything was clean and well maintained, and best of all it was QUIET! I don't think I heard another guest the whole time we were there. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, bagles, muffins, yogurt bar with many toppings which my husband loved, cereal, biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs and fruit.

Uncomfortable due to staff
Pros:

Bed was comfy and room was clean

Cons:

I got followed to my car by a male staff member. He asked if he could ask me a question? I continued walking to my car because I was uncomfortable with it. He threw his hands up in defeat when I continued walking to my car. And when I reported it I was told “oh he had to make a phone call” No. He wasn’t even on his phone.

The location was very convenient the night staff was polite and friendly.

Cons:

I would have gave this review all five but our air conditioner was not working and it was extremely hot in my room the staff did offer to switch rooms but it was full.

They didn't believe my confirmation for the 2-day reservation and literally left me out in 20° weather with nowhere to go

Please somebody contact me right away 757-319-1544 I'm still outdoors I am 1500 miles from home as I was stranded here by the Greyhound bus company with nothing and what little clothing I got off the bus with in my carry-on bag was stolen when I had to walk away from it to get it off the hotel property because the police were called and there was absolutely no reason for that!!! My ex-husband paid nearly $300 for a two-night stay including the security deposit, they tried to say that his card was denied they didn't even have the correct card number associated with it. I asked them if I could contact you and rectify the situation as I had nowhere to go was stranded and it's cold out. Instead they called the police and humiliated me the police made me leave I have literally been outdoors all night and I'm scared I'm going to get frostbite or something no exaggeration and nowhere to go until I'm able to reach my ex-husband which could be tomorrow night.

Excellent sleep, clean location and room, kind staff.
Pros:

It was pretty and clean.

Cons:

I was only there overnight due to doing a project that went from the day I arrived to after check out so all we did was sleep. I guess if you aren't careful it can be difficult to spot from the road.
