We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. The room was neat and good with all the amenities one would associate with an international class hotel. Breakfast spread was excellent, catering to Indian and western palates. Staff were courteous and professional and genuinely tried to assist. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Pros:

the location is good but not ITC standard. Food quality needs drastic improvements. Resturant hygiene bad ..THERE WAS A FLY IN THE RASAM SERVED ! they tried justifying it that it was waiter fault !

The hand wash was mounted near the shower panel and shower gel was mounted on the washbasin in the bathroom. Ideally it should be other way round.

Shower near swimming pool was not working.
