大変よかった。
Pros:

受付スタッフさんが丁寧に親切な感じがした。
清潔感もあったし、食堂スタッフの方も優しく温かみを感じた。AIロボットには絶対に出せないし、負けない強みですね！

Pros:

本館、サウナが新しくて綺麗。予約が必要なプライベートサウナも安価で次回は是非利用したい。別館は函館ならではといった洋館風の内装でとても味がある。

Cons:

空調設備が不調だった。室外機を何部屋かと共有しており、同じ設定でないと後からスイッチを入れた部屋は動かないとのことだった。
