お得感あり。
Pros:

立地が良い割にはお手頃価格で、お得感があった。

Cons:

別館の古い方は、特に廊下などの共用スペースでは若干だがすえた匂いがした。客室内の匂いは問題なかった。

サウナ、ラウンジなど部屋だけではなくくつろげる空間があるところが良い。

Cons:

サウナあるのに部屋にタオル1枚しかなくて、使い回しになってしまってたので、自由に取れるとこあれば嬉しい。

お値段以上でした
Pros:

お部屋が清潔でした。無料のランドリーがとてもありがたかったです。次の日の朝食もコーヒーも美味しかったです。

これは私の不注意でしかないのですが、1階のベーカリーで買い物をしたとき、宿泊カードを出すと1割引の特典があるのですが、知らずに(お部屋にお知らせがありました、確認していませんでした。)出しませんでした。ベーカリーの方が一声かけてくださればありがたいなと思いました。

サウナ好きには良いホテルでしょうが...
Pros:

スタッフはお掃除担当を含め全員、人間味のあるとても心地よい対応でした。
朝食はお弁当とのことでしたが、味もボリュームも満足いく内容でした。
ベッドの硬さが程良くて思いの外眠れました。お掃除も行き届いていました。

Cons:

別館でしたが、バスルームの古さにウンザリ。値引きでかなり安く泊まりましたが、もとは1万8千円代の部屋です。今どきこのクラスの部屋にウオシュレットがないとは...考えもしませんでした。大浴場がないので部屋のバスルームの充実を願いたいです。
