Our stay at the St. Regis Bangkok was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and every detail feels thoughtful and luxurious—but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service, especially from our amazing 24/7 butler, Por.
Por went above and beyond for us every single day. One of the most special touches was the handwritten notes he left in our room each night, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find service that feels both this polished and genuinely kind.
The hotel also has so many fun touches that made the stay memorable. We loved the nightly champagne sabering ceremony, which was such a unique and celebratory tradition. The breakfast each morning was incredible—beautifully presented with so many delicious options—and the room service was equally amazing, easily some of the best we’ve had at any hotel.
Between the beautiful rooms, fantastic food, and truly exceptional service, the St. Regis Bangkok delivered a perfect stay. Por in particular made it extra special, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention he showed us throughout our visit.

First Impression comes at the Hotel Reception. Violette make a very remarkable impression. Her communication skills explaining my perks is beyond. Paris, Nargis and Sani. Thank you soo much. All from the Hotel Reception made my stay great. Wish i could had stayed here longer than 2 days. They made a very very good impression of the hotel they all work in.
Viu is the Restaurant next to the Hotel Recption . Decha, Nunmin and Wee. Visitors who are not familiar with Thai Cuisine. You just made me ate food that i cant find back in San Francisco. Again your communication and thai hospitality are beyond too. Decha and Nunmin hope to you next year as I'm coming back at this restaurant for sure
The Lounge is located at the hotel lobby. Mook, Ice, Tang and my New good Friend MK. Explaning all the drinks and suggesting different Ice tea was fun. Our small talk was something I'll never forget. Great hotel in the center of Bangkok. You have to take a lift to go up where the reception is located. I have a lifetime Titanium membership and normally get an upgrade for free. This is the first Marriott who wanted me to pay an extra price for an upgrade. Since I refused, they very nicely gave in and we got our upgrade. Our Suite was perfect, had everything we wanted. Hotel has a great fitness room. The Pool is rather small in comparison to other Marriotts and , because some high rise buildings around the hotel, has limited sunshine hours. There is a large shopping mall only 5 min in walking distance, with many restaurants. The lounge on the ground floor only allows 1 drink per person in the happy hour. Breakfast is very good, has a great variety. We came by taxi, but hotel has a good size car park, I was told. The staff is excellent and the hotel is of top quality.

There are no words to describe the experience of St. Regis Bangkok that will honestly do it any justice. The entire stay was magnificent. Starting with check in, we were greeted with such a warm welcome. The check in staff made the process smooth and efficient. We were even given the option of upgrading to a bedroom suite, which honestly was stunning, but unnecessary for a solo traveler. The view from room 1806 was stunning. Overlooking the hotel pool and the nearby golf course and Bangkok skyline, it offered majestic views in both day and night. The butler service was exceptional, if you have an opportunity to splurge on a room with butler service, get it! I spent numerous hours conversing with the butlers, their recommendations and insights really helped me get the most out of Bangkok. Did I mention that they help you unpack on arrival and even help you pack up when you leave? It was exceptional service, from the free pressing of 2 pieces of clothes a day to the shoe shine service, to the turn down service, to the daily tea and coffee service on demand, I mean really, what a way to be pampered. Speaking of being pampered, the onsite spa was phenomenal. I had experienced a mediocre massage on my first try and honestly didn't expect the response from the staff I received. Not only did the manager apologize profusely, they allowed me the privilege of coming back for a second attempt. It was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. Numerous treatments are available and it feels like you could pretty much get anything from IV treatment to botox, it was unbelievable. The front door staff was truly our saviors, special shout out to Eed, whose love for American Football surpassed all of my expectations. Not only did he entertain us with stimulating conversation, but he truly was a great friend throughout our stay. The courtesy extended to us by the front door staff truly saved me one particular evening. I can't go into details, but just know, they go above and beyond, truly exceptional. The concierge was clutch, offering reservations at some of the best restaurants in the city, but honestly you have a Michelin star restaurant on site and Zuma is insane, I highly recommend going on a Friday or Saturday night, it was unbelievable. The DJ is solid, I mean, on frigging point. The ambiance is stellar, the food was even more amazing, and really, you can't go wrong with anything, I went several times, each time discovering a new tasty treat. They took my order at the last minute, even when the kitchen was about to close, I can't tell you how exceptional the service was, I really felt like a VIP. The breakfast buffet, I can't even begin to tell you how amazing it was, really, there were numerous options, and I am talking about exceptional quality, not your run of the mill buffet, this was first class extravagance. The staff in the lobby bar truly were my VIP's. The number of times we saw the champagne sabering, they really got to know us! We got great recommendations from the hospitality manager, she really knows where to find authentic French food. We were blown away after meeting the owner of the restaurant (Francis) that she recommended and he convinced us to practically move to Thailand. Special shout out to Mook, she gave me the best recommendations for some Pizza and BBQ, definitely a life saver. I honestly can't say a single bad word about our stay, it was literally the best experience I have ever had in a hotel, well done, one and all.

I will preface this by stating I have traveled extensively and stayed at Marriott properties in several countries and my stay at the St. Regis Bangkok was by far the best stay I have ever had in my life.
The staff were simply amazing! From the amazing doorman Eed, to the young apprentice Kenta, the service was seamless and uncompromising. I felt so at home that I didn’t want to leave after my 10 day stay.
Rebecca made the check-in process so simple and the butler team was fantastic. All dining options were amazing and the breakfast was incredible!
Thanks again Team for the most amazing stay and I look forward seeing the Team again in August.

I know they say money can’t buy you happiness, but damnit It sure does buy you comfort. I absolutely splurged for my birthday and treated myself to a weeks stay at the St. Regis. I have never splurged like this before and had no idea this came with my own personal butler, Juju. She was the highlight of my stay. Assisting with packing/unpacking, recommendations for things to do/eat, and the most adorable birthday decorations. If you find yourself in this position, say yes to all the extras and treat yourself.
The second best thing: the breakfast buffet. You name It, they probably had It. The highlights I enjoyed everyday: passion fruit French toast, Thai omelet with caviar and fresh crab meat, koa soi. There were also multiple options for fresh fruit, dessert, juices, middle eastern, western, Mediterranean and Asian options to choose from. And every morning there’s a mango sticky rice bar, the best!
I recommend giving yourself at least two hours to enjoy breakfast so that you don’t feel rushed and get to sample things.
While I never entered the gym, I did enjoy the pool, steam room, and hot and cold plunges.
Although u did not catch anyone else’s names, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.
Luxury was not skipped on any corner (from the towels, beds, decor in the room, building, etc) and should be enjoyed even if you’re not feeling like It.
As a platinum member there was also an evening cocktail hour with lite bites you could participate in.
I cannot wait to plan my next visit back. However, this has completely ruined my for the rest of my travels as the bar has been set.

I want to give special thanks to EED from the Concierge Team. Even after a year and a half, EED remembered my wife, daughter, and me. It made us feel very welcome.
When my suitcase was damaged at the airport, EED helped right away and followed up quickly with the airline. Thanks to EED's kind support, the suitcase was repaired and returned the next day.
I’m also grateful to the Front Desk, Reservations, and Butler teams for their warm and professional service. St. Regis Bangkok will always be my first choice when I visit the city.
The property is very well located and has direct access to the Skytrain.
The swimming pool is somewhat basic and appeara not to be heated.
