Großes Verständnis aber hier leider nicht!!!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut – zentral und die Straßenbahn gleich vor der Tür.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Kissen voller Haare, die Bettlaken fleckig. Das Bad war alt, schimmlig und das Highlight war rötliche Flecken, ob es Blut war will ich jetzt mal nicht behaupten aber die Tendenz neigt stark dazu.
Obwohl wir korrekt gebucht hatten und alle Bestätigungen von Booking hatten, mussten wir fast eine Stunde an der Rezeption warten, weil das Personal überfordert war und das nach unsere 6 stündigen Autofahrt.
Die Krönung war Hilfsbereitschaft ist ein Fremdwort, für ein frisches Handtuch zahlt man 7 €, ist das eine neue Regelung obwohl wir zich Mal über Booking unsere Urlaube buchen weltweit.
Insgesamt absolut kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die hinterlegte Kaution von 150 € wurde mir beim auschecken zugesprochen. Wie zu erwarten ist die Auszahlung nicht getätigt worden. Sollte das nicht eintreffen, wünsche ich mir die Unterstützung von Booking als Treuerkunde.

Pros:

Habitación grande con mini cocina
Zona tranquila

Cons:

Está un poco lejos del centro y del metro( 21 minutos cuesta abajo del metro. y otros 21 minutos cuesta arriba para volver)
En recepción no todos hablaban inglés
No se limpia la habitación ni se cambian las toallas (al menos en las 4 noches que estuvimos) pero se pueden pedir en recepción
