We left a bottle of cologne and the hotel gave me a call to let us know that they still had it. They held it for me and I went to the front desk and got it. They could have kept it or thrown away but nope, nope they called the guest. Great job!

I liked how close it was to the Emerald Isle Beach. Also it was close to restaurants, shopping and to a Ferry that we didn't get a chance to go on but we will be back.
Sheets did not fit bed , bathroom fan not adequate
It was super clean, the room was nice- staff was super friendly.
I was in a conjoined room. & at 6am some in the room conjoined to us started playing music, loudly. It woke us up and lasted until about 715.

My husband and I were gifted a room there when he was a Balloon Twister for the Military Family Appreciation Day. I wanted to relate that the room was gorgeous and spotless, and the staff was incredible. Meredith, who checked us in, was delightful and treated every guest as though they were the most important person in the room. Jordan helped me in the evening when I was looking for supplies that had been forgotten by our doordash delivery driver, and Tom at breakfast in the morning helped us clean a syrup spill. You have a great team and a lovely property, thank you!
A little bit pricey, for what it is.
I stayed at the Hampton inn 215 Old Hammock Rd Swansborn, N.C.
My husband got lost returning to the hotel and I was staying with my sick aunt in Hubert. He was lost for many hours and Jimmy Jordan and the staff that were working looked for him all over the hotel and parking lot. Also he went to our room with another employee which I asked him to do. Everyone was very helpful and caring. I was very happy with the member of the management team Meredith McDonald.
