Pros:

Good location close to La Place metro station

Cons:

The heating didn’t work, I told the reception about this and they sent a maintenance worker to fix it, he said it was working again but it wasn’t, after a 2nd and 3rd visit to the reception they finally moved us to another room

Mal commencé mais finalement rendu très agréable grâce au chef de rang.Un Grand Merci à ce Monsieur.
Pros:

Le calme et le confort de ma chambre après avoir demandé à changer de chambre car celle qui m'avait été attribuée au départ était très froide et au-dessus d'un arrêt de bus.
Le chef de rang (ou responsable) a été d'une extrême gentillesse pour me trouver une chambre au calme car je passais un examen professionnel le lendemain et j'étais très anxieuse.

Cons:

Le fait que l'on ne puise pas brancher le sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain, ni à proximité d'un miroir.
+ le fait que le monsieur qui s'occupait du buffet du petit-déjeuner semblait agacé de me voir arriver tardivement. Il m'a dit qu'il débarrassait. Aussi, lui ai précisé que ce n'était pas grave car je n'avais pas très faim, n'ai pris qu'un café et un morceau de pain...
