I would book again but not a rooftop room.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location near a shopping mall, a local organic products supermarket, and a subway to get downtown. There was a coffee maker, a water kettle, and a small fridge in the room. Besides, there is a filtered water dispenser on the floor. The water bottle was approx. 0,5 l, could be a little bigger to avoid going to the suspenser five times per day.

Cons:

They gave me a free upgrade to a Superior King Terrace room, however, I didn't like it because during day and night, there was a scratching sound 1-3 times per hour from the roof, which didn't allow me to rest well. This only affects rooftop rooms, though. There was a safe inside the room that didn't work. Furthermore, when I sat on the terrace, I realized the seats were full of water, so sitting on them is effectively impossible. Knowing all that, I would decline the 'upgrade' next time.

Ok. Not bad but not great
Pros:

Stayed for 7 nights. The location was ok during the day, a little questionable at night. It was 20 minutes to central Paris by train (RER B), 25 minutes by Uber. We took the train to central Paris in the day and returned by Uber if it was late at night. Train was 7minute walk from hotel, super easy to access, comfortable, and very inexpensive. No great restaurants near the hotel and they all closed early. There is a mall directly across the street which was convenient for food, and groceries. If you’re on a tight budget this is a good hotel. It was so much cheaper than any of the arrondissments. I just wish the hotel room was a little cleaner and a little more updated. No major problems though. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Cons:

A causa di un loro problema informatico, il giorno prima di Pasqua, la mia prenotazione precedentemente confermata è risultata in overbooking insieme ad altre sei e quando mi sono presentato fisicamente alla reception, senza essere stato avvisato prima, mi hanno solo comunicato, scusandosi, che dovevo trovare sistemazione altrove. Non posso esprimere un parere sulla qualità della stanza, perché non ho avuto il piacere di vederla.

Très bon séjour, hôtel confortable et adapté à une visite parisienne touristique ou professionnelle.
Pros:

Hotel très confortable et tres propre. Le personnel d'accueil est très professionnel et particulièrement aimable.
Bien desservi par les transports pour se rendre a Paris, RER B à 5 minutes à pieds.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un vrai repas, il y en a pour tous les goûts, sucrés comme salé.
Le restaurant est pratique.

Cons:

L'espace de service des repas n'est pas très grand. Il est rapidement complet voire saturé si plusieurs groupes s'y retrouvent au même moment en particulier pour le petit-déjeuner. L'espace devient alors nettement moins agréable, très sonore et assez chargé. Il manque aussi de la vaisselle, c'est très dommage.

Le personnel très professionnel et avenant. Mais l'emplacement et le fait que le parking soit dans un centre commercial fût onéreux.

Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de parking gros moins . Car le parking du supermarché est onéreux.

Très mid pour un 4 étoiles
Pros:

L’hôtel est très joli

Cons:

Il faut bien choisir sa chambre dans cet hôtel, car les chambres près de l’ascenseur, on entend les chaînes de l’ascenseur toute la nuit ce qui fait que : à minuit nous avons dû contacter la réception et nous avons changé de chambre, en pleine nuit. Également la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait très très chaud.
