Super séjour.
Pros:

Par rapport à d'autres hôtels de Paris où je suis allé ces derniers mois, celui-ci est mieux tant au niveau du personnel, que de la taille des chambres, les serveurs du repas du soir avec un petit coucou à Sam qui était super top.

Cons:

La facturation !!! Ils ont des systèmes rigides de facturation notamment en n'acceptant pas de rédiger une facture pour les clients qui passent par booking. Booking est un intermédiaire, mon fournisseur c'est Marriott, incompréhensible !!! Dans ma situation, ça va, car mon expert-fiscal à trouver une solution mais je pense qu'il devrait revoir leur façon de faire qui est trop différente par rapport aux autres hôtels de Paris.

Bon séjour
Pros:

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et comme il nous avait plu, nous y sommes revenus.
La chambre était bien, le lit confortable, l'insonorisation et la climatisation bonnes, ce qui nous a permis de passer deux nuits paisibles.
Le petit déjeuner compris avait un buffet varié et généreux.

I would certainly return to the Courtyard by Marriot
Pros:

On arrival, the staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. It seemed strange however that the restaurant closed on a Friday and Saturday and the bar was closed all day and all evening. The breakfast was superb, but I was surprised to find that there was no check on who was dining. It seemed that a member of the public could have walked in and had breakfast.

Cons:

I found the pillows harder than I am used to at home and there were no alternatives in the room.
