Pros:

It really felt luxurious and for a great price. A home away from home. It was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared, which made our visit very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with good variety and everything fresh and well organized.

The breakfast area was clean and well maintained, and the room was very comfortable. I actually had a little mishap with the waffle maker and made quite a big mess because I wasn’t paying attention. 😅

Holly and Kemona from the kitchen breakfast team were incredibly kind and helpful. They handled the situation with such professionalism and friendliness and quickly cleaned everything up while making me feel completely at ease. Their positive attitude and great service really stood out. Thank you both for doing such a great job!

Cons:

Nothing major. I was actually looking for a cup to fill so I could pour the waffle batter properly, and while trying to manage it I ended up making a bit of a mess with the waffle maker. That was on me. Thankfully, Holly and Kemona from the breakfast kitchen team were very kind and handled it with a great attitude while keeping the area clean and organized.

A great choice!
Pros:

We stayed here last week and I was very impressed, and would definitely stay here again and recommend. It is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The continental breakfast was hot and very good. It just so happened that Wednesday evenings they put on a complimentary evening social with food. That was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

We will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The breakfast was great! There were four of us and everyone found something that they enjoyed. I would have to say that this was the best breakfast spread I have seen in a hotel.
The beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful. Everything was clean and up-to-date. I requested a room and a quiet area and I got this. The pool temperature was perfect and the hot tub was actually hot. The staff were great.

Cons:

I understand that there needs to be a time for upgrades. It was unfortunate for us that much of the lighting and mirrors were to be replaced on a day that we were there. It was pretty messy throughout the hall and elevator area with empty boxes and trash from packing . I was not comfortable with people being in a room that I had rented with all of my stuff in it. I was also not comfortable being told that I needed to leave that do not disturb sign off the door and accept an entire day timeframe for the work to be done. The front desk did try to accommodate by sending a staff in the workers.
The work was done fairly quickly and they did some very nice upgrades.
