The rooms are old and badly maintained. Wallpaper is peeling off, toilets are unkept, furniture has stains and chips all over. The room didnt even have a window and we had booked an expensive room too!
The area around is very shady. Pimps are walking around and will approach any men (including my dad) for their services

Excellent first stay in New Delhi
This was my first time visiting New Delhi, on a business trip. Staying here made the experience very comfortable. I felt good throughout my stay, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming.
The room was clean and comfortable, with hot water available in the bathroom. Also, the room temperature set at 24°C was ideal — I slept very soundly at night.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a good balance between Western and Indian options. I enjoyed a Western-style breakfast with eggs, espresso, pancakes, herb potatoes, grilled tomatoes, and curd. At the same time, there were also Indian dishes such as sambar, suji upma, and other local selections. Everything tasted good and felt well prepared, so I really cannot complain about the food.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, especially for a first visit to Delhi. I would gladly stay here again.
Horrible experience. Very bad hospitality. Old rooms, smelling bad. Reception and housekeeping doesn't answer calls.
Room 324 and 317
We were told our room was cancelled even though we paid much in advance. After many calls the receptionist finally checked with back end team and gave us rooms. The receptionist was very rude.
