Excellent hotel in attractive location
Pros:

I have always liked this hotel but not visited for some years. Just as good as I remember: great welcome, large comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, with lake views and proximity to the chateau.

Cons:

One very small point: a grab-rail in the bath/shower would be a useful addition.

Un sitio para volver. Una pena el desayuno.
Pros:

La ubicación. Se llega y se sale en coche con facilidad y está justo al lado del castillo.

Cons:

El hecho de que tuviéramos que elegir el desayuno a tomar la mañana siguiente en una lista de papel. El buffet era inexistente.

Pros:

L'accueil est très important et dans cet Hôtel, l'accueil est chaleureux. La propreté et la taille de la chambre sont parfaites pour un long séjour.
Le restaurant et son service sont très satisfaisants.

Hébergement dans un lieu très beau bien accueilli par contre problème d’odeur. Dommage
Pros:

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueilli à la réception , d’abord au telephone puis à l’accueil la personne était souriante ,prévenante et à l’écoute.
Le petit déjeuner était bien

Cons:

Cependant nous avons fait remarquer à la personne qui nous accueilli que dès notre arrivée, il y avait une odeur d’égout et de remontées assez désagréable.
Nous avons malheureusement perçu aussi dans notre chambre et dans le couloir… dommage car la chambre était agréable et l’hôtel tellement bien placé…

Literie bonne. Petit déjeuner très complet.

Cons:

Pas suffisamment de chauffage. Froid dans la salle de bain entre autres, c'est très important pourtant à cette époque , nous avons eu froid. . . le service resto est limite même si le personnel est aimable.

Pros:

Great location sadly ruined by 1.30 am bar across the road and ridiculous noise .
Room was so bland it beggars belief , not a painting , nothing .
Food was excellent value , but sadly 2nd floor no lift , up a tight staircase not great .

Pros:

Pleasant staff, easy parking, very pleasant location within walking distance of the Chateau de Combourg, which we had plan to visit. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent. Our room had all the standard amenities of a 3 star hotel.

L’emplacement près du château, les places de stationnement devant l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le 1er étage est accessible avec un escalier étroit et très raide. La réception ne propose aucune aide pour monter de grosses valises.
Le service au restaurant de l’hôtel est très peu professionnel. C’est dommage on y mange bien.

Très bel établissement de charme. Très propre.
Personnel souriant et très serviable, excellent restaurant
avec une superbe vue sur le lac. Nous avons même eu la chance d'en voir un arc en ciel complet, ce qui est rare
