The staff is nice and polite to clean our room. The concierges are very helpful. The breakfast is good and all the staff in the 360 dinning are great and very helpful.
The ad said we would have a double King size bed, but it is much smaller than Beijing Airport Hilton hotel's double King size. The room is quite small too. The most thing made us angry is the receptionists failed to inform us there are 2 different kinds of bottles of water in the room that would have extra charge as room cost. Those bottles are not in the room's refergiator, so we did not pay attention; we know any soda or bottles of water if they are in the refergiator they would cost extra money. We never know if the bottle are in the room that would charge us. But they did. They charge us 100 yuan for 10 bottle of water we had and we didn't even know about it until we checked out. No other Hilton hotels have done this to us in Beijing and in Wuhan. Even though it is not a lot money, we just need their honesty to inform the guests when they check in at the front desk.
Good service and clean rooms
The electrical appliances were not working or broken… had to call electrician multiple times just to use laptop
跟地鐵站有一段距離. 其他整體不錯
The room was good and quiet enough.
I paid a higher price at the hotel compared to the price already booked in Booking. At the checkin they told me the new price and asked me If I agree. In my opinion this is a robbery.
the personal was so helpful at every stage, to resolve some personal matters, to help me for the airport and other small tasks.
Price is fantastic, the room is very big, the location is perfect if you work in the high tech zone. Better than many 5 stars hotels in Beijing or Shanghai.
Rooms were fabulous. Extraordinary views and friendly staff.
The best
大堂门厅接待工作粗糙,登记车牌信息总是有误,无法正常出行车库
沒預先在EXPEDIA上說需要付訂金
房間床鋪承托力不足。
sehr schönes amerikanisch/ europäisches Hotel, sehr ruhig sehr angenehm, wenig Europäer, in dieser so hektischen Stadt.
Alles in bester Ordnung. Haus und Zimmer sehr gut. Guter Wellness Bereich.
New hotel. Everything is good. Pool and SPA is quite well. The noodle restaurant is very good taste and services.
My experience at this hotel has been utterly disappointing.
1. I am sitting in an extremely hot room as I type this review (the thermostat says 29°C). There is no air-conditioning (only heating). I have informed the hotel a number of times, but they are only able to offer me a fan for cooling purpose (a first I have encountered in any hotel, let alone a 5-star hotel). To make things worse, I had to wait past mid-night, over an hour and after repeated reminders before the fan was delivered.
2. When I arrived I was told to expect a power shortage due to city maintenance, but the hotel claimed back-up generators would be available. Nope, that did not happen. The hotel's power (i.e. lights / water / phone / wifi) cut off as scheduled, and power did not resume until some time later.
3. The rooms are fitted with motion sensors that switches lights off at the most inappropriate times (e.g. halfway when you are showering). I understand the need to be environmentally friendly, but this has reached a point so as to be intrusive and irritating.
4. The location of the hotel is terrible. The local taxi drivers have no idea where this hotel is, and its surrounding is constantly plagued with traffic jams. Even at 2am, I can hear sounds of car and car horns (which is a constant in China) from the street below, from 18-storey high. Travelling by taxi is a necessity, and a trip from the hotel to the airport costs in excess of RMB200.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
