Great experience!
Pros:

Checking in was easy and fast. The front desk gal was kind, cordial and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds were heavenly and pillows were perfect. Not a fan of the shower door, but that didnt negate any experience. Breakfast was plentiful and well maintained.

The staff members at the hotel are amazing! My room was clean, but the furniture needed updating. Also, there was an old, musty smell in my room. Breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Property was located close to downtown which was great for event I was attending - but close to train tracks which was a surprise in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive. Parking is behind hotel which does feel a little concerning if you come back late in the evening.

Upon arrival the site manager and the concierge manger were not welcoming or pleasant at all, but the next morning I met Marcie and she was noting short of amazing. I have stayed at the Downtown site before and was close to only going to that for future visits because of my experience prior to meeting Marcie. She and the housekeeping staff were amazing and they turned an unpleasant experience into a pleasant one!

Great staff, attention to details limited
Pros:

Service at front desk was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, especially Carole Sunday morning.
Room was fine but details missing like two body washes and no shampoo, only one regular coffee, etc.
Breakfast was disappointing. We got there at 8:30 and the only thing left was eggs and some cereal. Limited and not being replenished.
