Pros:

Excellent accommodation. Friendly and professional staff. The room exceeds my expectation, it is spacious with modern equipment and minimalism design. The absolute highlight was the bathroom with a fantastic large bathtub that was perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful 4 Nights
Pros:

The staff were outstanding! Every single one was friendly, professional and helpful. In particular Linh and Thi on reception and Thuy who gave a very good foot massage. The Jjimjilbang was a source of delight and I could have spent my whole 4 days there! I'll certainly be back for more. Thank you to the entire team.

There was absolutely nothing to not like!

Pros:

The staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool was great. An added bonus was the Vietnamese language lesson with Thram.

Cons:

Nhân viên lễ tân hơi chậm, 17h tới mà chưa chuẩn bị phòng xong. Ngồi chờ xin ly nước phải giục mấy làn.
