Estancia cómoda y agradable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Muchos servicios. Restaurante para desayunar o comer. La amabilidad del personal. El parking no está en el propio edificio, pero es cómodo y cercano.

Cons:

El colchón me pareció duro, pero hicieron lo posible por solucionarlo. Quizás necesitaría una remodelación los muebles, pero bueno, es cómodo y funcional

En resumen la estancia a sido satisfactoria.
Pros:

Sobre todo la ubicación perfecta para recorrer el casco antiguo de Pamplona.
La amabilidad del personal del hotel.
Desayuno no puedo opinar no lo utilizamos(para mi punto de vista un poco caro)
Parking correcto(a pesar de no estar en el edificio del hotel) literalmente a 2 minutos andando del Hotel

Cons:

Funcionamiento de la TV.(lo poco que la veíamos no funcionaba correctamente)
La bañera tendrían que hacérselo mirar resbala mucho al ser una superficie lisa totalmente y sin ningún punto de apoyo para poder agarrarte.

Boa por causa do atendimento dos funcionários.
Pros:

O quarto que contratamos infelizmente não era agradável. Era no primeiro andar, o ar condicionado não funcionava e tampouco o Wi-Fi. Conversamos na recepção e os funcionários, muito solícitos e ágeis, nos ofereceram gratuitamente um upgrade para uma suíte bastante mais espaçosa e com ar condicionado e Wi-Fi funcionando.

Cons:

Os quartos do primeiro andar parecem escuros e sem Wi-Fi.
