Cons:

Cogimos la habitación por la bañera de hidromasaje pero fue una decepción, ya que únicamente cabía una persona y además no funcionaba correctamente (no echaba burbujas).

Casona muy agradable
Pros:

Hotel con mucho encanto en Santillana del Mar, habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y cuidadas. El desayuno recomendable totalmente, variado y con bizcochos caseros de diferentes sabores exquisitos. El personal del hotel muy amable, destacar sobre todo a Sara, es encantadora, te lo explica todo perfectamente y está dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento, da gusto encontrarte con gente que además de asesorarte trata de hacerte la estancia más fácil.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, hacía un poco de frío en el hotel pero es inevitable en una casona de estas características y en pleno mes de febrero.

Estança confortable
Pros:

La casona és molt genuïna, cuiden molt els detalls i la decoració. L'habitació és gran, acollidora i el llit confortable.
L'esmorzar Buffett està bé amb productes d'elaboració casolana.
El personal excel·lent. Una menció especial per a Sara que ens va atendre i aconsellar molt bé.
L'hotel ens ha agradat, teníem reservat per a una nit i ens hi hem quedat dues. Tornarem.

Ubicación, facilidad para aparcar, habitación espaciosa, decoración, atención del personal, buen desayuno

Cons:

La calefacción del baño estaba apagada, la bomba de calor de la habitación hacía ruido y era molesto por la noche, pero si se apagaba hacía frío porque la habitación era grande y difícil de calentar. El tamaño de la habitación se convirtió en un inconveniente…
