Très bon petit déjeuné, mais le personnel manquait un peu d'attention.

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Velux uniquement et store pour la nuit ne se fermait pas complètement.
Manque de possibilité de rangement et de patères.

Pros:

Situation, proximité, charme, confort, décor, goût... et gentillesse.

Cons:

Le sol de la douche est très glissant et dépourvu de repose pied pour s'essuyer sans trop se baisser.... mais c'est un tout petit détail et pour un client fatigué...

Disappointing will not stay again
Pros:

The property looks nice at first glance and has attractive facilities like the pool, although we didn’t have a chance to use it. The room itself was clean, and the location is convenient for catching an early flight since it’s close to the airport.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing, especially for a hotel listed in the Michelin Guide. Parking is not on-site and comes with an additional fee. The soundproofing is very poor, making it easy to hear noise from other rooms. While the bedroom was clean, the bathroom was not—we even found bugs there. The towel drying rack also gets extremely hot with no warning signs, which feels unsafe. The hotel is also not within walking distance of anything. We were glad we only booked one night before our early flight.

Ein Traum
Pros:

Eine kleine Oase am Arnoufer,um sich von der trubeligen Innenstadt zu erholen, die mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern in 5 -10 Minuten zu erreichen ist (am besten gleich über die erste Brücke, die nur für Fußgänger/Radfahrer und die Straßenbahn frei ist). Sehr geschmackvolle, außergewöhnliche Inneneinrichtung, insbesondere auch des Frühstücksraumes, sehr nettes Personal, man fühlte sich wie Teil einer kleinen Familie. Super leckeres Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr beruhigend auch die private Tiefgarage, für alle die Angst um ihr Auto haben.

Cons:

Es gab wirklich gar nichts zu meckern.

シャワーの水圧がもう少し強くなってほしいと思いました。

It's like a sanctuary in a small city. The common area, the garden. It's like a home. You feel at peace and secured.

Cons:

It's not getting maintained. Equipments are old and used. Window handle broken (I stayed in room no. 1), beside the bed there's bubbled wall. It needed upgrade that will fit the place because it's very beautiful
