Tutto perfetto, un posto bellissimo, la spa giusta, il cibo del ristorante buono, camera bella, pulita, con una vista mozzafiato sul Monte Bianco.

Cons:

Unica piccola pecca, la camera era un po' fredda e il piumone leggero.

Reception staff were always very pleasant and extremely helpful

Family room was large and very comfortable

Wifi was extremely poor to non existant

Sauna could only be used in the mornings by our teenage boys and there was an hourly charge

Restaurant menu was alternative and portions were small. Did not suit our teenage boys.

Of the 6 occasions that we had pre booked the restaurant, we had been forgotten with no assigned table on 3 of these. One of these being the New Year's Eve banquet. We were eventually put in a forgotten table behind a pillar. When we addressed this, the restaurant manager and his female counterpart, rather than apologise, were quite aggressive and defensive.

Room was quite noisy at times.

Un hôtel à la vue imprenable
Pros:

C’est toujours un plaisir que de faire une halte dans cet hôtel simple et très accueillant.
J’y vais surtout pour l’emplacement et la vue splendide.
Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Il y a aussi un spa jamais testé en revanche.

Albergo pulito. Ristorante buono come la colazione. Spa minuscola.Segni di degrado esterni .Andrebbe forse meglio tenuto e ristrutturato Non ci ritornerei sinceramente

Posizione su strada lontana da tutto e camera non come da descrizione. Suite per 3 persone mi aspettavo una camera separata matrimoniale e , come descritto, il terzo letto in soggiorno mentre invece era in ambiente unico con una semplice paratia che divideva. costo garage eur 8 al giorno, troppo!
