Wifi non existent: Room 26 terrible wifi. Had planned using laptop but did not get any connection. Did mention to reception on checkout.

A decent stay overall with good food and parking
Pros:

Good amount of parking and a friendly welcome on arrival, with an acceptable room featuring a large comfortable bed, plus a restaurant offering a good menu and decent breakfast.

Cons:

Check-in was delayed while staff were chatting, service in the restaurant felt inattentive due to focus on a large party, and the room itself was let down by poor cleanliness (stained carpet, dusty surfaces, unclean glasses) and a subpar bathroom finish.

Lots of dust in the room, broken light switch, shower didn’t come on at first and water pressure was poor with warm water. Poor pressure in the taps. Tea & coffee at breakfast were served lukewarm warm

This was our 2nd stay here and absolutely love it . Warm, comfy bed, good size room plenty space . Staff very friendly and chatty .

Wir kommen nicht wieder
Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es logistisch sehr gut gelegen ist, um Glasgow zu erkunden, und da Parken und Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen sind. Vor dem Hotel hält alle 30 Minuten ein Expressbus, der ins Zentrum von Glasgow fährt.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und bot einen Blick auf den Hinterausgang des Heizungsraums. Dort kam permanent eine Dampfwolke heraus, die in unser Zimmer zog, sobald wir das Fenster öffneten. Insgesamt ist das Hotel schlecht gemanagt. Wir bekamen ständig E-Mails über die NAchrichtenfunktion von Booking.com, in denen stand, dass wir ein Zimmer-Upgrade machen sollten, obwohl nur die gebuchte Kategorie für Hunde erlaubt war. Die Lobby wurde zum Restaurant umfunktioniert, was sehr teuer ist. Das Frühstück an sich ist im Allgemeinen sehr gut. Am Abend muss dafür eine Bestellung aufgegeben werden. Am Abreisetag hatten wir unser Frühstück für 8:00 Uhr bestellt und uns auch um 8:00 Uhr zum Frühstück eingecheckt. Nach ca. 20 min kam die Mitarbeiterin, um nachzufragen, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung sei. Als wir sagten, dass wir nun schon offensichtlich 20 min auf das Frühstück warten, hieß es, es komme gleich. Um 8:45 Uhr sind wir dann gegangen, nachdem mehrere andere Gäste, die weit nach uns gekommen waren, ihr Frühstück serviert bekommen hatten. Am Ende wollte man uns weismachen, dass es normal sei, 45 min auf das Frühstück zu warten.
