A great stay in a really nice hotel with excellent service from the staff.
Pros:

Staff were excellent at every interaction. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable.
I have stayed in other local hotels and for the very small extra cost it was 100% worth it.
Breakfast is prepared for you freshly every day if you want it.

Relaxing and comfortable stay
Pros:

Nicely appointed rooms, clean and very comfortable. Great bed & bed linen, great nights sleep.

Staff were good.
Pros:

The bathtub filled in less than one minute. Quickest bath in the west! I requested a quiet room with a bath and a window that opened, and that is what I got. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

At breakfast the fruit, pastries, toast and cereal selection was good. There was a wait of 40 minutes for the cooked breakfast for some reason. There were only about 15 people at breakfast, maybe the kitchen was understaffed.
