Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war gut 👍. Es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche, aber es war ausreichend und gut.
Das Zimmer war eine absolute Zumutung. Viel zu wenig Platz für drei Erwachsene, keine Möglichkeit, Sachen aufzuhängen, kein Nachtlicht, keine Möglichkeit die Haare im Bad zu trocknen...Der Lift funktionierte nicht, wir mussten in die 4. Etage laufen. Schimmel im Bad...

Decent location
Room was tiny barely any room to move, nowhere to store any clothes, room was boiling hot and the fan barely changed this. Bathroom also poor, tiny little sink which you can barely access, no mirrors in bathroom, shower was extremely poor and trickled out. Messaged the hotel through booking.com and was completely ignored. Send to be a trend with hotels in this area, the price and the ’pictures’ look pretty good but when you arrive the place is a joke. Won’t make this mistake again and will happily pay more in future to avoid ending up in places like this

If you don’t want to sleep all night this is your perfect place. Footsteps can be heard all night , early in the morning you can hear tables or chairs being moved around . And there is this freaky person who seemed to know the staff , so I’m not sure if he’s also a staff , that follows you and watches you while you get into your room this is at 1 in the morning.

El ruido de la carretera al amanecer, tal vez necesite mejorar el aislamiento d ventanas y fue incomodo las altas temperaturas que hubo, y como tuvimos un ventilador de pie, hizo mucho ruido durante la noche que lo encendimos.
The property was a10-15 minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station.
The breakfast was stone cold and unappealing. The room was tiny, no air conditioning and boiling hot if we had the windows shut you were kept awake from the heat of the window was open the noise from outside kept you awake.

The hotel is in a nice looking area and only a short walk away from Earls Court tube station which was very well connected for where we wanted to go while staying here. The area felt safe even when walking back from the station late at night, and there were lots of shops, cafes and food places on the street next to the station which was very convenient.
It felt a bit basic and outdated. The room was very small and there wasn’t a lot of space to move at the foot of the bed round to the other side. The bathroom was also very cramped and not a lot of storage space at all. It was very warm while we stayed, and there was a fan in the room, but still the room was exceptionally warm. There was no fridge in the room either which was an issue for us. We were staying 4 nights and really would’ve benefited from being able to put drinks and snacks in the fridge, again as it was very hot in London while we were there. We didn’t have many interactions with staff and didn’t eat there, so can’t make any comment on that. The lady who checked us in was nice and polite, however the man at the reception when we were leaving was not entirely polite or helpful, and looked at us confused when we said we were checking out and if we needed to do anything other than leave our key card.
The location was great
No air conditioning & the lack of double glazing meant it was noisy during the night. The temperature meant leaving a noisy fan on all night.
The room was a little basic but ultimately fair value for money. The shower head didn’t stay in place (kept slipping).
Not much
Booked a room six months ago and was on arrival given the basement room next door to a nightclub / bar that was open to 3am. Anyone walking upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants. It wasn't possible to sleep properly in such a room and the staff showed no interest in acknowledging that this might be an issue
The English breakfast was cold and of such low quality that we complained and eventually got a refund.
The chap at reception in the morning had no clue on customer service. It was all one word answers and lack of interest in our experience.
