Pros:

Нормальний готель, в номері є капці, шампуньки, навіть ватні диски і водичка. Але варто продумати кращі умови для перебування на -1 поверсі під час тривог. З десяток карематів і пледів — це не так дорого, зате можна буде нормально подрімати під час обстрілів.

Персонал очень клиентоориентирован.
Pros:

Гостиница имеет очень удачное расположение. Отдельно стоит похвалить доступ в укрытие.

Cons:

Стоит уделить внимание чистоте. Давно пора освежить ковровое покрытие в номерах, часто оно имеет непрятный запах. Матрасы тоже часто встречались мне продавленные. Хотелось бы иметь возможность выпить в отеле хороший кофе или попросить лёд, но увы.

Сам готель вже давно потребує реновації.
Pros:

Локація — супер. Персонал — привітний. Наявність укриття — великий плюс.

Cons:

У кімнаті був затхлий запах, запах старих меблів і нечищеного кондиціонера.
