Beautiful peaceful hotel surrounded by nature with a gorgeous view of lake Patzcuaro , beautiful gardens and the four inland’s on the lake . The staff is very friendly and was attentive to my needs . Food is delicious and their infinity pool is gorgeous with a beautiful view of lake Patzcuaro and surrounding mountains and their beautiful gardens .

Me parece ideal para gente adulta, no niños pequeños ni adultos con problemas de caminar. Hay escaleras. Se puede pasar unos días magníficos teniendo un carro para pueblear y descansar en un ambiente increible. Quiero regresar pronto. El personal es tan amable y servicial. Pongo 4 estrellas porque le falta iluminaciòn buena en el cuarto donde nos hospedamos. Sobre todo en el baño. Las camas son un ensueño.

No llegue a hospedarme por que recibí una llamada del hotel, donde me informaron que alguien pregunto por mi en el hotel via telefónica, y NADIE sabia que iba excepto ustedes, por tal motivo y por mi seguridad no fui, quise solicitar mi rembolso y no me lo hicieron, ya que ese día cancele por tal motivo NO VUELVO A USAR SU PAGINA DE INTERNET..

Très bel hotel avec des vues à couper le souffle

L'hotel est très beau, très bien décoré avec de belles pièces d'art et d'antiquité. Chaque chambre a sa propre athmosphère. Le jardin et magnifique. Les vues sur le lac et les couchés de soleil sont superbes depuis notre chambre
