Pros:

initially, the room i was given had a stinky smell. i asked to change it thinking the problem is the room itself, but all the other rooms they showed me had the same smell. bed linen and covers were also stinky i had to put a towel on top of the pillow to be able to sleep! unacceptable

Pros:

O café da manhã é extraordinário, passando por várias ilhas com comidas orientais e ocidentais. Os funcionários são atenciosos. A localização é excelente: ao lado de um grande shopping center, próximo a uma estação do metrô e de um grande pavilhão de eventos.

It was lovely.
Pros:

We've stayed there during the Shanghai Pet Fair. From the hotel to the show, door to door, it's only 5 min. and very convenient. Staff were all friendly, Gym is fantastic. So many different machines and awsome view from the window. Pool was great. A bit cold water but there's a hot tub and also a kiddy pool. Good for family use.
Room was nice'n clean. Loved the bath tub.

Cons:

My room was discluded the breakfast but when checking in, they offered a meal for 230RMB. I mean.... yeah, I know the hotel breakfast would cost that much but hey, it's just breakfast. Not dinner. We eneded up using cafes around the hotel and it was enough and okay. You can find many good cafes around. Don't waste your money on breakfast buffet.
