Excellent Service and Hospitality from Start to Finish

Our team stayed at the hotel from May 23 to May 29, 2026, while attending the KBC trade fair, and once again we couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and throughout the week every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help.

A special mention goes to the housekeeping team. My room was impeccably clean every single day and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.

What impressed us most was the consistency of the service. From the reception team to the lounge and the staff at The Brew, every interaction throughout our stay was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It is rare to encounter such a consistently high level of hospitality.

Having stayed with you before, it was particularly pleasing to see that the same excellent standards and attention to detail remain unchanged. Experiences like this are exactly why we continue to return.

We would like to thank the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We will certainly be returning next year for KBC and look forward to staying with you again.

What went wrong since 2023?
Pros:

Mediocre hotel. Many have changed badly since my last visit 3 years ago. Must be refurbished asap. Breakfast was much bettor before, now it is just bad. Sad but true
