Waardeloze nacht door defecte airco en slechte service

het zwembad en de sauna waren prima.
Het eten en ontbijt zijn goed

Het verblijf begon eigenlijk prima. Het 3-gangendiner was goed en verder leek alles in orde. Helaas werd de overnachting volledig verpest door een defecte airco.

De airco zelf stond had ik uitgedaan ivm het geluid maar desondanks bleef de condensatiepomp de hele nacht aanslaan. Iedere 5 tot 15 minuten begon een hard, indringend brommend geluid dat je letterlijk uit je slaap hield. Daarnaast was de kamer ook nog eens erg warm doordat de airco niet werkte. Resultaat: geen oog dicht gedaan.

Om 23.30 uur heb ik de receptie gebeld. De medewerker gaf aan dat hij niets kon doen omdat het hotel volgeboekt was en er geen andere kamer beschikbaar was. Dat was al teleurstellend, maar na drie uur wakker te hebben gelegen heb ik opnieuw geprobeerd contact op te nemen. Mijn idee was simpel: schakel de stroom van de airco volledig uit, zodat de pomp in ieder geval zou stoppen. Dat zou waarschijnlijk voldoende zijn geweest om nog een paar uur slaap te krijgen.
Tot mijn verbazing was vervolgens niemand meer bereikbaar. Niet via de telefoon op de kamer en ook niet via het 24/7-noodnummer dat speciaal voor noodgevallen vermeld stond. Dat is eerlijk gezegd ronduit zorgelijk. Rond 04.00 uur ben ik zelfs nog naar de receptie gelopen, maar daar was niemand aanwezig.

De volgende ochtend heb ik mijn klacht bij de receptie gemeld. Vervolgens moesten we ook nog een half uur wachten op de manager, terwijl we eigenlijk onze reis wilden vervolgen. Toen zij eindelijk verscheen, was de reactie bijzonder teleurstellend. In plaats van begrip, excuses of enige empathie, schoot zij direct in de verdediging. Haar enige boodschap was dat zij er niets aan kon doen dat de airco kapot was. Dat klopt misschien, maar je kunt er wél iets aan doen hoe je met je gasten omgaat.

Pas na flink aandringen kregen we een klein bedrag terug. Dat staat in geen enkele verhouding tot een volledig verloren nacht.

Un agréable moment de déténte

La convivialité du personnel, les équipements SPA et la propreté de l'établissement

Lors du repas du soir il aurait été bien de demander pour la cuisson des viandes (saignant, à point....)

Kamer aan de overkant. Geen airco , raam open dus veel verkeer herrie. Geen koffie thee faciliteiten ip de kamer voor die prijs ?

Angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es wurde immer sofort nachgelegt und aufgefüllt. Die Eier konnte man selber kochen. Als Obst gab es Erdbeeren, Melonen etc.. Der Kaffee wurde in einer edlen Kanne serviert und schmeckte sehr gut.
Den Radfahrern wurden sogar die Trinkflaschen aufgefüllt. Eine Minibar war im Zimmer vorhanden.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel und haben den Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt. Dieser ist aber. sehr schön.
Die Mitarbeiter sprachen sehr gut Deutsch.

Cons:

Zum Duschen mussten wir in die Badewanne steigen.
Der Zugang zum Frühstücksraum war etwas umständlich.
Der Fahrradkeller war sehr klein, dafür gab es aber genügend Steckdosen.
