Great place to Stay
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable, great facilities on site & easy walking distance to pub, restaurant, convenience store, ferry or walk all the way into town.

Location was a bit steep for me and my walking stick. River wasn't as close as expected.
Cons:

Reception up stairs from Goodwin St later found out off Rotherham Street would have been more direct. Didn't find tourist information on level G until leaving.

Size of room -great value for money. Loved the sauna and spa! Heather was very communicative and helpful

Clean, comfortable and bright! In an excellent location! Some great bars on the doorstep too!
Pros:

The property was very clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms had really comfortable beds and were spacious. The rest of the apartment was furnished nicely and the kitchen was really well equipped, I cooked several meals there during our stay. We had a ground floor apartment and although initially I was worried about being on the ground floor, it was very spacious because it was and my 16 yr old son and I felt very safe. The reception staff were very lovely, Heather and another woman (sorry I didn’t catch her name). But they were so friendly, efficient and caring. I will definitely stay here again. Also the gym was great! The photos don’t show that it has free weights and another weight machine which even incorporated a leg press. So we were really pleased!

Cons:

The TV was a bit tricky to use if you wanted to watch anything on your own Netflix accounts. You had to do it via your phone. My son managed to be able to watch YouTube this way, but we couldn’t access any other apps. But that was the only problem.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Docks on Goodwin. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, making it perfect for a longer stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the secure parking was a great bonus.
The location is excellent, yet only a short walk to the CityCat ferry, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the facilities, including the pool and gym, were well maintained.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families, business travellers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Brisbane.

Quiet location without being too far away from attractions
Pros:

Secure underground assigned parking, washer dryer handy, comfortable bed, pool and spa nice, walking distance to ferry stop + some cafes and restaurants. Main town about a 25 min ferry trip or 10 min lime scooter ride if you don’t want to drive. Good size room.

Cons:

Bit dusty in cupboards/cabinets, dusty carpet around and under furniture as well as some of the kitchen cupboards were crumby so it’s probably due for a deep clean

Pros:

受付の方全員が親切で、部屋はとても綺麗でした。
洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機、調理器具、まな板、全てが清潔でした。
テニスラケット(有料)が借りられ、毎日テニスを無料でやることができました。
カンガルーポイントブリッジやフェリー乗り場が近く、環境がとても良かったです。
家族でゆっくり過ごすにはとてもおすすめのホテルです。

Cons:

エキストラベッドは柔らかすぎて、子供でも腰が痛くなり寝れませんでした。
車がなかったので買い物が不便でした。

Great place to stay
Pros:

Very clean and tidy. Very comfortable with excellent beds. Close to a fantastic bar The Stone bridge with great reasonably priced meals. Easy to get around with the ferry terminal within 5 min walk. Overall excellent apartment and location.

Cons:

Couldn't really find anything to fault.
