Das Hotel entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen!!

Wir waren zwei Tage in diesem Hotel und waren entsetzt das keine Liege am Poll frei war, es war schon durch Gäste am Vortag reserviert, die Sitze gegenüber waren leider nachmittags nur in der Sonne möglich. Wir fanden es unmöglich und es war so eng, das ich jedes Gespräch des Nachbarn mitbekommen habe. Wir waren froh das wir nach zwei Tagen wieder abreisen durften. Es war das schlechteste Hotel während unsere 14 Tägigen Gardaseereise. Der muffige Teppich in den Gängen sowie in den Zimmern fanden wir leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Unser Urlaub war perfekt👍🍀😍
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage perfekt. Personal in allen Belangen sehr kompetent, äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen Mittag und Abend war köstlich.

Cons:

Uns hat einzig der Balkon im Zimmer gefehlt. Habe das beim buchen übersehen.

Brilliant location and a great place to stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, easy walk into Bardolino and to lake side. Ferry was 10 mins away. Breakfast was excellent and the views whilst eating were amazing. The room was very traditional and perfectly sized, would have picked a room with a balcony and view if I had realised that I hadn't. Finally staff were great and Francesca on reception was amazingly helpful!

Cons:

Having to book beds around the pool wasn't great, but i understand the reasons, other than that hotel was excellent.

Really liked our accommodations, Bardolino was a perfect place to stay

Good, many options, great service, friendly staff. Very walkable.

A/C didn’t cool as much as we like it. Had to key key in slot for your room to cool.

Bardolino is a lovely clean Town with no Lager Louts in sight . The Hotel is outstanding and worth a visit .
Pros:

This is a fantastic Hotel in a great location a short walk from Bardolino. The staff are amazing and the whole place is spotless .
The food is very good and breakfast is a thing to behold . The chef makes his own cakes and pastries and it is impossible not to to taste them .

Ein sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Hotel ist absolut sauber! Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Das Zimmer in dem wir waren könnte renoviert werden. Da die Möbel auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind.

Pros:

Saubere, schöne Zummer. Freundliches Personal . Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist genial.

Cons:

Für die Fahrräder musste man 20 Euro am Tag bezahlen. Die Liegen kann man nur einen Tag im Voraus buchen, daher bekommen nicht alle Gäste eine Liege, weil manche den ganzen Tag buchen, ohne dass sie da sind.
