Posizione ottima di fronte alle piste. Staff molto corridale e disponibile ad ogni richiesta

Cons:

La cena viene servita dalle 19 alle 21 ma data la grande presenza di turisti e comitive del nord e dell'est Europa, molte delle pietanze a buffet, tra cui contorni e dolci, si esauriscono subito. Si consiglia di organizzare meglio il timing dell'uscita delle portate per permettere anche a chi usualmente cena alle 20 di poter godere di tutte le pietanze

Cons:

Colazione c’era poca scelta di dolci, sono cornetti e crostate, le camere non erano insonorizzate e si sentivano gli altri ospiti anche a tarda notte.

A hotel gyönyörű környezetben helyezkedik el! A személyzet kedves és odaadó. Olcsó szálláshely, így eleve nem voltak nagy elvárásaim.

Ok per chi non si aspetta nulla ed è lì solo per sciare.

Dall'hotel vedi la montagna e le piste da sci.

Cons:

La colazione inclusa invita ad effettuare la prenotazione ma è di scarsissima qualità. Assenza di personale in sala, uova strapazzate che sembravano una pappetta, il bacon plastica difficile da masticare, il caffè servito da una macchinetta nonostante ci fosse il bar, il succo di arancia sembrava acqua. La mattina scendiamo 9:15 a fare colazione ed era rimasto pochissimo, chiediamo dove sono i piatti piani e ci dicono che sono finiti, ed effettivamente erano nei tavoli sporchi affianco. Inoltre, viene servita al piano -1 mentre c'è un'ampia disponibilità di vetrate al piano 0 , adibito a mio avviso erroneamente ad area giochi.
Il check in viene messo alle ore 16, a mio avviso troppo tardi, il check out invece ore 10 e mentre eravamo in ascensore ore 10:08 ci arriva un messaggio dicendo che ci aspettavano alla reception per pagare.
Per chi si accontenta o é li di passaggio o solo per sciare va bene, come vantaggio le piste sono a 50 metri, le stanze piccole ma pulite.

Cons:

All’arrivo mancanza di barriere di protezione per bambini al letto a castello. Il riscaldamento non funzionava correttamente. Disguido per danno a giacca causato dalla staccionata e hanno declinato la responsabilità sul comune. La colazione mia supervisionata e spesso sguarnita sia di stoviglie he di alimenti. Asciugacapelli non adeguato.

Ubytování mělo velmi pěknou verandu s výhledem.

Cons:

Rozpadlé dveře od pokoje. Hrozně špatné odhlučnění, slyšeli jsme úplně všechno. Snídaně nebyla moc dobrá, pečivo bylo starší, malý výběr, personál nestíhal doplňovat.
