Insatisfação
Pros:

Gostaria de deixar registrado aqui a minha insatisfação com relação ao ar condicionado que não funcionou no meu quarto. Solicitei manutenção e a demora foi ainda pior, tive q der um pouco mais enérgica para que pudessem enviar um técnico, porém não resolveu nada. Dormi no calor absurdo de Fortaleza sem um que sem um ventilador. Só pra deixar registrado.
Os cartões eletrônicos pra brincar a porta não funcionava, passei mais de meia hora pra conseguir abrir a porta.

Vale a pena pelo preço certo.
Pros:

Boa localização. O quarto é OK. A cama era com bom espaço. Serviço de estacionamento bom.

Cons:

O banheiro achei apertado e a pia ficava fora do banheiro. Podia ter mais travesseiros também.

Pros:

Por ser um hotel 4 estrelas o café poderia ser melhor. Deixou a desejar.

Cons:

Toalhas encardidas, a água do chuveiro estava fria, só tinha água quente no último dia.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, perto de tudo, dando pra acessar tudo a pé.
O café da manhã é excelente, servido pontualmente a partir das 06h.
Funcionários atenciosos, sempre disponíveis para ajudar.
O quarto tem um excelente tamanho, boa cama, o ar-condicionado funcionava bem.

Cons:

O hotel está com instalações precisando de manutenção e reparos.
Tivemos problemas na caixa de descarga do banheiro, o chuveiro não funcionava sempre a água quente, e em um banho um pouco mais longo, a água vazava do box para a parte externa do banheiro. E precisamos solicitar um edredom, pois no quarto tinha apenas lençóis finos.
