Nice!
Ppl was really!
Great breakfast. Best cinnamon rolls ever-the main reason I stay there, friendly helpful staff, great location.
No microwave or coffee maker in the room. That is only in suites. The bed was too soft.
Staff was friendly
It’s not a good location. We booked it bc it was close to the zoo and wanted a place with a pool. This hotel advertised exactly that! When we arrived they told us they no longer had a pool. The bathroom had hair swept up into the corner and most disgustingly there was a half eaten pop tart in the Chester drawers in the room!! I booked through booking.com, reached out to them but have yet to hear back .
It was nice and easy to get to

I hot some sleep
The location is terrible. Feel of the linens, pillows, bed
Good place to stay.
This hotel could use some upgrades and the bathroom had a mildew smell which ultimately caused the room to smell odd.
A lot of activity around building my stay it was and assignation that took place in the next property
This stay was a sweet stay for our daughter and son-in-law.
Friendly staff and comfortable room
When I arrived at 9 pm 2 ppl had been killed behind the hotel. There were ppl hanging out in the parking lot all night. It was like a club parking lot. I stayed up all night and left as soonas it was daylight.
Check in was smooth and room is clean and comfortable
The staff was very attentive, helpful just excellent no complaints.
The facility itself was clean & the staff were friendly. I did not care so much for the location. I am satisfied with the accommodations. I was disappointed that my room didn’t have a microwave. I generally stay in Holiday Inn Expresses when traveling because they have been the most reliable regarding quality stays.
Dislike,
1. there was no kids' favor cereal for kids.
2. There was no cameras in the laundry room to secure our safety.
We put our clothes in the dryer machine. Let the dryer run than we left. While we left, maybe, they or someone opened or left the dryer machine door opening. When we came back to check it our clothes were still wet and the dryer machine door still leave opened.
That's not good because we travel far.
Arrived at 11:10 pm, met with a very rude man at the front desk who didn’t want to help, kept asking for a card for incidentals when my company always provides a card for incidentals, I travel a lot so I know they send the card through email, he didn’t want to check, he just said no, he went to call his boss who wasn’t of any help, when he was calling he started saying how tf you don’t have a card to put in, then he said he couldn’t check me in,
I mean if you really don’t want to work and just do it for the money find a job where you don’t have to provide a service to people, or you don’t have to talk to people, by far the worst experience at a holiday inn, besides all the people outside and the smelly lobby,
