Sehr gut geignet für eine Zwischenstopp mit sehr gutem Essen
Pros:

Das Essen war sehr sehr gut. Auch wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient. Es ist ein sehr interessantes altes Anwesen mit einem gewissen historischen Ambiente. Da es aber sehr nah an der Autobahn liegt ist es eher für eine Zwischenübernachtung geignet, obwohl wir sehr gut geschlafen haben da die Zimmer erstaunlich ruhig waren da sie nach hinten angeordnet waren.

About right for the amount paid.
Pros:

Handy location. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy.

Cons:

Shower head was moldy. Bathroom and corners of room were covered in cobwebs and spiders.
An outside light for the car park was on all night right on our window and the blinds didn’t block out the light. WiFi dropped in and out.

Nice room. Decent shower. Easy parking and good communications.

Cons:

Deferring the start of the breakfast

window on the day of arrival was a minor inconvenience. The cost was quickly deducted and we did find a reasonable alternative nearby, so all ok in the end.

Pros:

The staff we met were very friendly and helpul and the room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

When we booked we didn't realise that it was actually at the side of A1 so there was road noise. The breakfast selection was very basic however the hot food was tasty.

Fine for the overnight stop but wouldn't recommend and wouldn't book again.
Pros:

Food was good all freshly cooked and well presented. Breakfast was a little limited.

Cons:

The rooms were very tight and very tired. The ensuite door hit the toilet seat! Shower over bath and all looked very tired - dogs also allowed on the furniture in the bar and also allowed into the dining room! Fine for dog lovers but those of us that are not so keen do not really want to be sharing our dining experience with animals!
