Price showed online was not correct. Ended up paying almost double the price.

I made a reservation with a price showed. Requested a king bed and early check in. When I got there they told me there were no rooms available. I got checked in for a 2 queen beds room, and they charged me an additional $100 for early check in..

Surprise jewel close the airport
Pros:

We came here with family for a few days and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
Walk in and you are greated by a beautiful, open space, that smells amazing! The receptionist was very friendly to help us get the types of rooms we wanted. All the hotel staff were very accomodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. Only problem are the very low toilets!
The breakfast ist yummy with made-to-order options.
The bar has great Service until late in the evening with tasty food options!
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay.
Finally, sound proofing is great, you do not notice that you are close to the airport, Freeware and a freight train line!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. What stood out the most was the staff. Although they appeared to be short-staffed at times, they worked incredibly hard and did everything in their power to accommodate guests and make everyone feel valued.
Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Their positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service despite the challenges they may be facing.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like to be honest was the bananas they look like they keep them in the refrigerator and I feel like if that’s the only thing that I can find to complain about they’re doing pretty good

Great place to stay
Pros:

We stay at this hotel every time we're in town, which is 2-3 times per year. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is always incredible. There are great snacks available every evening in the bar area. The staff is friendly, the airport shuttle is convenient and the location is great for shopping and dining.
