Really enjoyed our suite, very comfortable and great livability.
Pros:

It was nice to have a fresh omelet. Really liked the coffee, what is the brand?

Cons:

Maybe a fruit bowl at breakfast. Sweet rolls were not tasty.

Overall great stay.
Pros:

I loved the reception in the evening with 2 free drinks per adult and free snacks. That was really nice. Also the breakfast was amazing! They also have a little snack store downstairs which I also loved. The room was clean and spacious

Cons:

I hardly got service inside the building. They do offer free wifi but I’d rather not.

Litigious.
Pros:

I would say probably nothing.

Cons:

My room was 85 degrees. They sent maintenance up. They couldn't fix it. When I asked for a new room they said no. because I booked through booking.com. I will honestly probably be suing you both. After all, I was there taking a bar exam and have been an attorney for 10 years. This one would be fun considering you couldn't deliver me a reasonably habitable room.

Great hotel
Pros:

I come for a annual conference for 3 days during december and i come here everytime great for familes and the rooms are great too they clean them everyday and they have lots of space with a small kitchen with a coffee machine and sink and the living room is spacious and the bathroom too and they have amazing breakfast you can’t come here without it also they have lots of emenities like they have a literal buffet for guests and vending machines and stuff like ice cream and ready made meals and drinks and free parking and a costco right next to it with a gas station also right next to the major highways so can get to places quickly i really recommend it

Breakfast was good and the location was good.

Cons:

The heating in the room did not work. Woke up around midnight and room was cold. Turned the thermostat up to 78 degrees and the room never warmed up. Next morning told front desk person and told me I should have called maintenance.Told her other people were sleeping and didn’t want to wake them up. This is second time I’ve had issues with heating.

Everything it's was good, it
my second time returning there...

Cons:

The only people I had but wasn't a big deal. We had some little flies/or nets in the room... I wish the bathroom had a 10x mirror for facial makeup. We did have a problem with the heating system 😳. I was chilled
