Children under 12 years old are NOT allowed to enter to the Spa. Please note that it is required to make reservation to access to the Spa. Hotel Grums Barcelona's restaurant serves breakfast every morning from 07:00 to 10:30h and can also be enjoyed on the patio. Dinner is served daily from 18:30 to 22:30h. Our Grums Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, and there is also a bar, lounge and patio terrace where drinks are served. Room service is available for a surcharge of EUR 3. Private parking is available exclusively for our guests for a surcharge of 30€. At check-in, guests must show a valid ID and a credit card as a guarantee to cover possible extra expenses. Special conditions and extra charges can be apply to group reservations of more than 5 rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Clean, friendly staff and just an overall great stay
Pros:

The property was clean and tidy and the staff were very kind and helpful with any queries or questions I had. The room was always clean and the bed was very big and comfortable.

Cons:

The shower looking out into the room could have been uncomfortable if you weren’t in a couple but it was no issue for us.

Hotel Refused to turn on A/C in 30° C room
Pros:

Location was very good. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

No A/C on the room even though it clearly stated there was. It was turned off by the hotel and they would not turn it on. Room was 28°C which was torturous for my kids to try sleep in. We complained multiple times to reception to no avail. They eventually gave us fans which just pushed the warm air around the room. I explicitly requested at reception that the curtains be left closed after the room was made up to so as to try and reduce the heat from the sun and when we returned the curtains and blinds were wide open and the room was now 30°C. Completely ruined the break as none of us could sleep with the heat. Coming from Ireland that kind of heat is unbearable for us to sleep in. I emailed the manager and got no response. Not even an acknowledgement. Really disappointed. Had we known there was no A/C in the room we would have booked elsewhere. Clearly advertised as A/C rooms but not much use when the hotel has it disabled and refuses to turn it back on. Shambolic and extremely annoying.

Personale cordiale … posizione ottima, stanze pulite

Cons:

Stanze con il lavandino e doccia vicino al letto … la spa orrenda con acqua sporchissima, le foto sono ingannevoli… per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non ne vale la pena

A wonderful oasis for our first visit to Barcelona!
Pros:

Very quiet area, restful. Restaurant was fantastic, staff polite & friendly.

Cons:

The HVAC is controlled by front desk. Our room was stuffy so I asked to lower temp down from 18C to 16 or 17c - they never did so we left the balcony door open all night. We are returning this weekend & I will address. Overall very nice stay.
