Children under 12 years old are NOT allowed to enter to the Spa. Please note that it is required to make reservation to access to the Spa. Hotel Grums Barcelona's restaurant serves breakfast every morning from 07:00 to 10:30h and can also be enjoyed on the patio. Dinner is served daily from 18:30 to 22:30h. Our Grums Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, and there is also a bar, lounge and patio terrace where drinks are served. Room service is available for a surcharge of EUR 3. Private parking is available exclusively for our guests for a surcharge of 30€. At check-in, guests must show a valid ID and a credit card as a guarantee to cover possible extra expenses. Special conditions and extra charges can be apply to group reservations of more than 5 rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great property and staff, location also good.
Pros:

Nice hotel a bit run down and needs a facelift in the bed rooms. Location is great we walked everywhere, since everything was accessible.

Cons:

The staff are amazing, we ended up changing rooms and the staff were so supportive. The spa massage we had was amazing and the breakfast was very good.

Camera in condizioni non ottimali, rubinetterie da cambiare, supporto doccia da avvitare, alcuni insetti morti sul pavimento del bagno all'arrivo. La SPA, che è pagata a parte, non ha un singolo idromassaggio funzionante (eravamo in 6, nessuno è riuscito a farlo funzionare e non c'era nessuno in quel momento al desk). In più non c'è un orologio, quindi alla fine dell'ora siamo stati invitati ad allontanarci. Avrei voluto usare il bagno turco, ma non sapendo che l'ora stava per scadere... La stanza 101 è rumorosissima, credo che la mattina subito sotto ci sia il ritiro del vetro o qualcosa di simile. Ho il sonno pesante, ma sono stato svegliato tutti e due i giorni. Anche la moquette del corridoio del primo piano è tutto tranne che immacolata e l'odore non è dei migliori. Per il prezzo che richiedono, non ne vale la pena.

Pros:

Das Personal war super nett. Am Empfang haben wir sehr viele wertvolle und hilfreiche Infos zu Barcelona bekommen. Sie haben sich alle sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Die Lage war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken war im Zimmer und hat nach der Nutzung komische Geräusche gemacht. Diese haben aber nach paar Minuten aufgehört.

We would return!
Pros:

Hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was amazing! The bar staff were friendly too!
