Children under 12 years old are NOT allowed to enter to the Spa. Please note that it is required to make reservation to access to the Spa. Hotel Grums Barcelona's restaurant serves breakfast every morning from 07:00 to 10:30h and can also be enjoyed on the patio. Dinner is served daily from 18:30 to 22:30h. Our Grums Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, and there is also a bar, lounge and patio terrace where drinks are served. Room service is available for a surcharge of EUR 3. Private parking is available exclusively for our guests for a surcharge of 30€. At check-in, guests must show a valid ID and a credit card as a guarantee to cover possible extra expenses. Special conditions and extra charges can be apply to group reservations of more than 5 rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable et à notre disponibilité si besoin.

Cons:

Chambre humide. La propreté pourrais être mieux, fourmis dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Il faudrait refaire la peinture et/ou le papier peint. Concernant le spa on réserve pour se retrouver avec du monde donc c’est inutile la réservation. Il y a mieux comme hôtel 4 étoiles à Barcelone.

Friendly staff, spacious clean room with good ac
Pros:

Dry welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast area and breakfast were fantastic. AC works really well.

Cons:

The location was perfect for watching the Tour de France, but otherwise the area is a bit gritty and worn down. Hotel is lovely though.

Tive dois problemas que aqui relato
- Uma semana antes de minha chegada comecei a recever e-mails do hotel atraves do booking que meu cartao nao era valido. Finalmente apos varias tentativas falar com meu banco, ( nenhuma solictacao de pagamento tinha chegado a minha conta. Cheguei a conclusao que tem algum problema nas verificacoes de segunraca. Bom toda aquela tranquilidade que tenho em reservar com booking desde faz mais de 10 anos assim vai agua baixo, Solicitei apoio a Booking pelos canais que outras veces funcionaram mas tambem nao recebi resposta nenhuma. Isso foi muito ruim mas nao sei se todo o problema foi responsabilidade do booking o do hotel.
- Reservei para ver um show de flamenco a partir de uma das propagandas expostas do hotel, que aparentava ser no palau da musica , mas nao fim nao era. Outra das tuipicas trampas que barcelona tende aos turistas. Bom acho que e responsabilidade do hotel cuidar o tipo de atividades que publicita.
