Children under 12 years old are NOT allowed to enter to the Spa. Please note that it is required to make reservation to access to the Spa. Hotel Grums Barcelona's restaurant serves breakfast every morning from 07:00 to 10:30h and can also be enjoyed on the patio. Dinner is served daily from 18:30 to 22:30h. Our Grums Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, and there is also a bar, lounge and patio terrace where drinks are served. Room service is available for a surcharge of EUR 3. Private parking is available exclusively for our guests for a surcharge of 30€. At check-in, guests must show a valid ID and a credit card as a guarantee to cover possible extra expenses. Special conditions and extra charges can be apply to group reservations of more than 5 rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Cruis Terminals, was der Ausschlagpunkt unserer Buchung war. Die unterkunft ist sehr angenehm und modern.Die Terasse zu unserem Zimmer war unglaublich.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Spa wasn’t particularly good
Struggled to get taxi to cruise port despite being close to it. I understand being so close would be easy however staff told us that taxi drivers wouldn’t come to hotel because too close. Suggested we walk down cobbles to flag taxi down. In the end we were lucky as a driver did drop off so agreed to take us. I found staff dismissive and unhelpful. I would not stay here again if cruising found it stressful

The lobby was the only nice thing
The price is extortion in relation to the quality. The hotel stinks of sewage and there is mold throughout the bathroom. The location is horrible with a lot of strange people in the area. On check out we asked for help booking a taxi and the reception said we can do it ourselves
Staff was ever so friendly and it was within walking distance to many sights plus easy transport links too.
