Pros:

The breakfast was great. I loved the oatmeal. The staff was so sweet. The location was great as well. A short drive to everything.

Cons:

I had to ask for clean towels and for my trash to be emptied.

Very comfortable bed and room—thanks!
Pros:

The desk clerk Ray was so helpful to us. My husband had limited mobility. Ray took the time to find us a room close to the elevator, came out to our car to help with luggage—even took it up to our room. What a great person to have at the front desk! Fairfield is lucky to have Ray in their employ.

Cons:

Evening reception was cancelled. Person at front desk said it was because of non interest, which obviously wasn’t true since we were there and interested.

Great for a quick stay. Our flight didn’t get in till 1.30 am and we we headed out next day.
Pros:

Location and staff were lovely. It was clean and basic.

Cons:

Noise in room between the air conditioning and some other motor that sounded like a truck in the wall. Plus the smell of bleach in the sheets was overwhelming.

The place was a clean place and comfortable for a quick overnight stay.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and staff provided services to meet all our needs including shuttle to airport.

The handicap bathroom did not provide a safe shower.

Absolutely unhappy with this hotel. Made booking , it was confirmed and prepaid. When I got to hotel after my exhausting flight , the most rude reception guy told me that they don’t have available rooms and I should contact booking
