From the entrance & our room it was really clean and nicely decorated.

Cons:

When we got to our room the temp was 77 degrees. We set it on 70 degrees and headed into Charleston. when we returned around 8:30 it was still 77 degrees in the room. We set it down to 60 to see if it would cool it down. It did not. Finally my husband called the front desk 3 times- once the line was busy and the other 2 the phone rang and rang

Pros:

Everything was great. Customer service was exceptional. Beds were comfortable 😌 Location to shopping and dining was perfect.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally courteous and welcoming.

We also enjoyed the breakfast service, where the entire team greeted us warmly. Ms. Melvina was particularly outstanding, maintaining a clean and fully stocked dining area while providing attentive, genuine service.

Please extend our sincere thanks to Ms. Melvina and the rest of the team for their hospitality. This was my first visit to the property, and it exceeded expectations.
