This was perfect for location, convenience, cleanliness and comfort!
Pros:

The location and cleanliness. Fresh coffee and tea all day. Laundry facilities. Great staff.

Cons:

The breakfast needs more variety, especially for longer stays.

Checking in man was extremely rude
At 9:03 called to desk tub was filthy, hair
No one answered
To date was not reimbursed 50dollars taken for incidentals!!!!

I did not enjoy this experience.
Pros:

The layout of the hotel was good

Cons:

No cameras outside, the pool wasn’t cleaned enough, paid parking and WiFi sucked at 10$ a day is ridiculous.

We didn’t stay long as our flight left very early the next morning, but checking in and out was easy

The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly. The woman that drove the airport shuttle was equally as nice!

Great facility, great location!
Pros:

The breakfast options were great! The breakfast attendant kept the area well stocked and cleaned. The common areas were clean and the staff was super friendly.

Cons:

I wish there was a microwave in the dining area because the food gets cold quick once you plate it.

Pros:

The property was clean and offered amenities such as breakfast. The real “plus” for the property is the location to the airport, bars and restaurants. Also, it is directly across from an outlet mall. My husband didn’t like that but I did!

Charleston is a beautiful city and Fairfield Inn and Suites is exquisite!
Pros:

We liked the shuttle from the airport, the size of the room, the big bed and clean sheets, the air conditioner and most importantly, the staff (cleaning personnel, ladies on the front desk and the shuttle ladies). These ladies were kind, warm-hearted and welcoming.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything. The hotel was convenient to me.

Pros:

Convenient to anything you could imagine. Shopping, restaurants, close to interstate. There were bathroom problems from day one that was turned in but never taken care. The shower door was coming off the wall, the drain did not drain properly and two cracks in the sink. This was reported daily and never fixed.
