Very nice location close to Metro and the Arc de Triomphe

Cons:

The elevator was not working and had to go up 4 floors carrying luggage without any help. The bathroom has problems too.

Pros:

La zona no esta mal, muy cerca de la estación del bus y del arco del triunfo

Cons:

No nos informaron que el hotel estaba en obra, no daban desayuno (incluido en el precio), nos teníamos que trasladar a otro hotel en la misma calle, el primer día fue todo correcto, pero el segundo toda la bollería llena de hormigas, andaban por las mesa, ya no fuimos más, la verdad que no ha sido muy agradable la experiencia.

Pros:

The room was quite small, but that didn't matter since we spent most of our time exploring Paris. It was impeccably clean and clearly recently renovated. The shower worked perfectly, the room was tidied daily, and the air conditioning functioned well. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, and the metro station is right next to the hotel. The reception staff were friendly.

Cons:

However, the elevator only worked for the first two days of our six‑night stay. Since our room was on the sixth floor and we are not young, this was a real challenge for us.

De la poussière partout , des travaux qui débute a 8h un jour férié, pas d ascenseur et des gravas partout
Ma femme allergique a passé 2 nuits horribles

Pros:

Der späte CheckOut um 12:00 ist sehr angenehm und ohne Stress. Man durfte sich auch noch einen Tee machen (Wasserkocher wurde auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt).

Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer - das Schlafen qar sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Minibar ist ebenfalls vorhanden, die für kühle Getränke sorgt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war, dass jemand an der Rezeption nicht nur Englisch, sondern auch perfekt Deutsch konnte, so dass Taxi bestellen und andere Anliegen problemlos gelöst werden konnten. Also klare Empfehlung für deutsche Gäste!
