Emplacement idéal pour assister à un congrès au Palais des Congrès.

Cons:

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec le palais des congrès. Je suis arrivé assez tard, fatigué.
Premier panorama de la petite chambre: pas très propre. La salle de bain, trace d’eau, de calcaire, pas de papier toilette (heureusement un rouleau de réserve), des traces de savon.
Une paire de lunette oubliée dans une alcôve. Fatigué et devant être en forme pour assister au congrès le lendemain matin, je me suis couché sans prendre trop le temps de m’installer en me disant que je ferai le point avec la réception le lendemain.
1h du matin. Réveillé en sursaut par le téléphone strident du room service! Cœur 300bpm. Que se passe-t-il?? Ça y est c’est la guerre? Paris est bombardé?? Non… c’est le mr de la réception; il me dit: je viens un client a oublié des affaires dans le coffre!…
En pyjama, j’ouvre un peu perdu au réceptionniste et à un monsieur soixantenaire très en colère.
Il farfouille à droite et à gauche en grommelant et récupère plein de trucs cachés de ci de là… et SES oreillers… en fait l’hôtel s’était planté et a loué la chambre alors que le gars n’était pas parti… et il était à la rue du coup! Se rendormir après ça…

Ce matin petit dej. Problème de livraison. Il manque plein de choses sur le buffet… pas de pain, les aliments chauds etc…

Pros:

There was a lift for every floor the disabled access was good

Cons:

I didnt like that the staff was rude and just ignored you when u asked them things wouldnt tell us about breakfast etc we struggled to get anything for our room

Хороший персонал, гарне місце розташування

Cons:

Дуже грязно, багато пилюки, на душі ржавчина. Номер маленький і прибрати там 15 хвилин роботи але цього не було. За таку ціну не рокомендую бо чистота не найкраща. Також маленький ліфт, там дуже тісно

Un bel emplacement dans une rue assez calme
Pros:

L’emplacement est top et la chambre confortable

Cons:

La douche fuyait donc l’eau s’écoule sans cesse et la vitre de la douche est un peu marquée par le calcaire sinon tout était propre
