Poor property spoiling Radissons brand repute.
Pros:

The Hotel had a functional Spa and good Gym.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty old fashioned. The mattress is uncomfortable and springy.
The location is in the middle of busy old market.

The restaurant food was very average. We had some very thick parathas in the breakfast.

The food preparation was unlike a Branded hotel.

The staff at the reception was very unpleasent and raw in dealing with Chk in and Chk out.

Cons:

The room pictures shown on websites are deceptive. They have shown large windows but all of the windows are blocked. There is no view at all and it feels terribly claustrophobic. They should mention so that customer can make an informed choice

Very nice indeed. Door staff were very helpful.
Cons:

Too many staff in bar and resturant seemed to be inefficent and effected the service. Three people doing one job just adds confusion.

Decent for a night stay and prefer not to stay with family
Pros:

The stay was decent and did not meet my expectations from a Radisson property. In room dining was good and I found the taste to be good.

Cons:

The room furniture was aging and the overall comfort was missing with a hard surface bed. The quilt was wet when I checked in at night and took them 15 - 20 mins to get me a replacement (which was wet too).

Ankit from housekeeping was kind to get me another replacement and really helped me out.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was average with very limited options - not something at the Radisson standards.
