Pros:

So for the second year running, I've booked this hotel for its location to the famous Iconsiem which host the Songkran festival. It's a 15 minutes walk from the Iconsiem.We live about 30 minute away from this shopping mall but we wanted the convince due to celebrating the Songkran festival we were going to get totally soaked and we did'ent want to travel by train due to the A/C and catching a cold. So thats why I have chosen Palette Bella hotel for its very good location and convinces.

Cons:

Everything was upto standed and I couldn't fault anything yes its a dated hotel but it works for us and my friends who stayed for the first time he was well impressed with everything it offered.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The room was in poor hygienic condition and not acceptable. There was visible mold in the air conditioning, a strong unpleasant smell, moldy areas in the bathroom, and even feces residues near the toilet. We also noticed moisture damage on walls and ceiling.

We were promised a room change for the next day, but the hotel refused, claiming we should have come before 10 AM – which was never mentioned.

No room change, no refund, no proper solution.

Would not recommend.

Good value for money
Pros:

It was in a good location not too far away from all the attractions we wanted to visit. It was also an empty bonus that there was a pool on the roof which was a nice area to relax in.

Cons:

We had a mini apartment it would’ve been nice to have a fridge. We had to keep the Aircon on really cool to keep everything cold that we purchased from the shops. We also couldn’t get the TV to work.

If you want to be in that area it’s a good value for money option
Pros:

It was okay for the price. The room I had was large. Cleaning was done very well each day. Good food in the restaurant and cold beer for sale at the desk. Nice pool

Cons:

The hot water unit in my room had a mind of its own. Road noise can be a bit loud at some times.

Cons:

Konstig pool, svårt att klättra ner i vattnet. Alldeles för varmt vatten. Kändes lite ofräscht.
