The room floor was not cleaned , in bathroom water was stuck no room service done by hotel, no one supporting for check in and checkout , the very bad behavior to my family

Cons:

Extremely disappointing stay. The toilet was blocked and never properly fixed. Housekeeping simply didn’t clean the room at all, despite being scheduled. The TV stand was broken and clearly hadn’t been checked or maintained. To make things worse, the man at reception was completely useless and offered no help or solutions when issues were reported. Poor maintenance, poor service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

房間沒吹風機去要3次，客廳燈光昏暗，浴室電燈還壞掉，更慘冷氣還漏水，房間溼答答，在房間WIFI完全連不到，換樓層也一樣，房務人員臉很臭，很有禮貌跟他要毛巾，還沒聽我講完就跑走，跟另一位反應，裝忙講手機

Accueil du personnel désagréable il veulent pas prendre les pièces de monaie ni les billets de 1000 bats , chambres pas très propre poussier, serviette des précédents loueur en boule dans l'armoire petite cuisine mais pas de couvert enfin une catastrophe pour sois disant 4 étoile plus jamais

Great staff, lovely amenities, well located, but very noisy, quite moldy and terrible wifi...
Pros:

✅ Location was excellent : It's really central. So it's just a 10/15 minute walk to ICON Siam. And that is really nice! + As everywhere in Thailand pretty much, there is a 7-Eleven 5 minutes away.
✅ Staff was perfect : very nice, very helpful, always smiling. I had several questions, needed some change for the washing machines (twice!) and other things and they were always great! They dropped off 2 bottles of water, toilet paper and coffee at our door, without knocking, every day.
✅ Amenities : Lovely rooftop area with a pool, seatings, little lights in the evening. Well equipped gym area. Restaurant at the ground floor. Washing and drying machines that worked really well, only 30baht. Lots of seating space in the lobby, which is pretty, by the way.
✅ Room : Overall, it was good. 2 rooms, with a living room space, a kitchen, a big fridge with freezer, a balcony.

Cons:

I was in room 709 :
❌ The noise : Unfortunately, we were on the road side. And the insulation is really bad. That means that we could hear cars CONSTANTLY, as in day and night. My husband really didn't sleep well for the 4 nights we were there. I (luckily) had brought earplugs and an eyemask.
❌ The mold : in the shower and in the AC system... Like, when you turned on the AC, especially in the living room, it smelled like mold... So it was either that, either sweating all the time from the 34 degrees outside.
❌ The wifi : It basically didn't work. They share 2 wifi boxes for each floor, so everyone uses the same one. And pretty much everytime you try to connect to it, it doesn't work or is really bad. So I had to get an expensive E-sim, as I needed to be able to work on my computer.
