BEDBUGS!!! Nicest motel thst you will stay in and get Ate up with BedBugs.And the Manager could care less. It’s been 10 days since it happened. The front desk and laundry ladies were absolutely excellent on helping wash and dry our clothes and switch rooms. I was told that the Manager would be contacting me. And nothing. I even called to make sure that they had my information and a lady from sales called back and was very kind and helpful. She offered me 50,000 points which equaled maybe 1 might stay depending on time of year. And I told her that I would rather talk with the manager and she said she would let them know. Still no response from the manager no call, email nothing so I wonder if bed bugs are just a normal thing there. I travel for work and stay every and have never gotten bed bugs . I know it happens I understand that but take care of the situation when it happens. Iv gotten 40-50 bites

Very clean and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional! This was our second time staying there. We will stay there our next time in Fort Wayne.

Came to town for the Johnny Appleseed Festival. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean but the TV had a blue tint to it.

Convenient to the ice rink. Nice hotel, affordable pricing.

The pool was clean and there weren't many people swimming during our stay which was a plesant surprise. Our room was comfortable with the exception of a questionable stain on the curtains and the bathroom wall across from the toilet being dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable as well. Complimentary breakfast was good and there was plenty of food and drink available. The breakfast attendant the morning of Saturday September 6th was amazing! She was not only very friendly but knowledgeable about the local attractions. She kept the breakfast area clean and stocked nicely. She was super nice to each and every guest that entered the dining area greeting each one with a smile and "good morning". You don't often find people like that working to provide service with a smile and a bit of welcoming conversation.

I was looking for a cheap and comfortable lodging in the suburb of Fort Wayne. I found here very friendly staff, very comfortable room with a complete kitchen!! , wonderful breakfasts. Very quite place. Excellent bus connection to the downtown - 10 minutes driving for $1.50, service every hour in the morning and evening, every half hour during the day. Great parking lot as well. Clean and comfortable coin laundry, wonderful ZOO in neighborhood ..... I was here for one week at the scientific conference in the downtown.... and so beautiful, clean, friendly city.... oh!! I suggest this place to everyone.

Stayed 3 nights visiting friends in Ft. Wayne; rated location good since it was an easy 10 minute drive to their home. Otherwise, I would not return.

The pet policy in the drop down said, "We don't allow pets" - that was wrong, apparently they did and we were awakened twice at night and then again the following morning to a dog barking - in the room diagonally across from ours.. Then the owner brought the dog into the breakfast section in the morning. Thankfully KeiKei asked him to bring the dog to their room. KeiKei also stated that she would have the manager update the website to reflect pets being allowed (they did update that). But they need to update more than that, since it still references social distancing and 'minimal contact' from YEARS ago!
Site states they have an elliptical in the exercise room - which was not working, and appears to be from the ice ages (look at the rust in the attached picture).
We also were not aware that there are basketball and hockey locations across the street that host tourneys--great if you're a family, but not so great when you're a couple looking for quiet and not rambunctious teenagers (which is what I was as well!) thankfully the coaches were like parents!
Shonda (Director of Sales) was kind enough to give my husband a few ziploc bags to use for ice when he injured himself (not on property!).
They did credit my account 5,000 miles for the incorrect info and inconvenience of the dog when I booked there because the site said they WEREN'T allowed).
Service from employees was great, but when you work in a subpar hotel......

The Breakfast! Parking and close to town.

I stayed five nights and was very very happy. My only complaint was actually with Expedia and not the hotel at all. I had booked a King Studio room which was not actually available, so the hotel gave us a double Queen room with a kitchen. I was ultimately happy to have the extra room, and the hotel was as accommodating as anyone could hope. My only complaint was slow internet. Would definitely stay again.

Just average. Hallways musty smell. Carpets in hallways dirty. Breakfast average or less than. No sugar free syrup.

It was horrible there was a roach a spider and some nasty food on the couch

I loved it here. It is clean, the people were friendly, the room was clean and spacious and it was close to everything I might need while i was there.

Pool doesn’t open till 5pm on weekdays so that make 4 kids really upset.

The staff was very kind, but the hotel needs a little bit of upkeep. The elevator was broken, the stairwell smelled mildewey, and the rest of the floor also smelt kind of off. Our first room didn’t feel like it was cleaned thoroughly. We discovered a leaky AC unit and were able to move rooms. The 2nd room was better, though close to the pool so the air had a faint smell of chlorine.
I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties and felt this was subpar to their standards, but appreciate the kind staff.
