Trop Proche de l accueil on entendait un peu trop le passage
Ideal location for elderly parents.
Nothing at all to dislike , we definitely use again when needed.
Location conveniently in the international terminal so didn’t need to go outside, a hotel representative takes you personally through all security checkpoints there’s a lot of them by the way. Room was clean and comfortable.
Can hear noise outside as it’s in the terminal also could heat talking in the corridor
Nawab and Sudhansu made my stay and check-in process seamless. The customer experience and hospitality they provided is outstanding. Nawab ensured that I had a pleasant stay and I got to my terminal on time the next morning. I will definitely recommend staying here

Very low quality with obsessive security
Poor value for money
Direkt am Flughafen im Transitbereich zu schlafen und somit weniger Stress zum Gate zu kommen.

The rooms are small but very cozy. Climate control worked great, and it was super responsive. Room services were fast. Check in was fast and flexible - we came at 4 am and checked out at 11 pm. Room was very clean. TV was nice. Water pressure is amazing - coming from Sri Lanka vacation and suffering from dripping shower, that was the most pleasant thing ever.
No smoking lounge. It was quite pricy, like a 5 star hotel level of pricing.
It would nice (and profitable for them) to have an agent at the international transfer zone to scoop out people willing to stay in the hotel. Reaching form there to the hotel was a little tricky because you need to leave the zone, go straight to immigration desk, fill the blank, and go to exit but not leaving the airport. So it was a little labyrinth for me to reach the hotel.
The staff of the hotel was excellent particularly Sonu Kumar who worked with security and escorted me from arrivals to the hotel The cafe staff was excellent in making stay enjoyable.
It was very unclear that the maximum stay was 24 hours. This caused problems for me since my connecting flight was 36 hours later and I had intended to go to Taj Mahal. It was impossible to leave hotel during your stay.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express New Delhi two days ago for a short, one-night visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and it was convenient to have the restaurant located close to our room. The following morning, we were assisted with an escort to the check-in area, and the process was very efficient, taking only about 10 minutes. The location is ideal, especially for travelers with limited time. The only challenge we encountered was finding the hotel, as well as the strict security procedures at the entrance, which made access a bit complicated.
Very convenient for people who have connecting flights and require an overnight.
It's what you expect from an airport hotel
The only thing that is good is that it's right at the airport, but not even that was good, because it was really difficult to find, you literally have to ask someone for directions, and then they lead you through a staff entrance. You would never have been able to figure this out by yourself.
Basically most things:
– Access to the hotel was completely obscure: You had to go through a staff entrance, and when inside, you are not allowed to leave.
– WiFi didn't work, I had booked for work, and then right before the meeting, the WiFi in the room turns on and off. I had to sit in the lobby where there wasn't any desk and where people and staff were loud. That is really disappointing. And the staff didn't really seem like they cared.
Im Flughafen: sehr gute Lage für Aufenthalt bis zum Weiterflug. Ausgesprochen nette Mitarbeitende. Gutes Essen.
Die direkte Buchung war sehr kompliziert. Relativ teuer.
