Good when everything goes well, horrible if there are any delays.

It was inside the terminal, so we could just walk in

Cons:

The staff were uncooperative and appeared to have very limited information about the flights, delays, or the options available to affected passengers. When my flight was delayed and I was stranded with a baby, I received virtually no meaningful assistance or support from the staff.

We were originally supposed to check out at 12:00, but because we understood that our flight was scheduled for 7:20, we stayed until around 5:00 before leaving for the airport. Despite the circumstances and the ongoing disruption to our travel plans, the hotel then wanted to charge me an additional fee again.

There was also no clear explanation of how this additional charge was calculated, and it did not appear to be based on a transparent or standard rate. The amount seemed arbitrary and dependent on the individual staff member dealing with the situation.

Considering that we were already dealing with a significantly delayed flight and travelling with a baby, I would have expected some basic flexibility, understanding, and assistance. Instead, the lack of reliable information, support, and transparency around the additional charges made an already stressful situation considerably worse.

Cons:

Molto difficile raggiungere l'hotel. Le indicazioni fornite non sono corrette, bisogna passare dal banco transiti e superare una lunghe serie di difficoltà burocratiche e di controlli doganali. Abbiamo perso più di 1 ora.

ターミナル３のゲート１前にいる警備スタッフに宿泊予約が分かるコピーとフライトのコピーを見せればホテルのスタッフを呼んでくれます。スタッフの方は10分ほどで来てくれました。

空港にあるのだろうけど辿り着けず

Cons:

まず予約が分かりにくくそして空港に着いてからもホテルの場所が分からない。
私のミスもあるのかもしれないけどホテルの人に予約を見せたら「ターミナルが違うから泊められない」と門前払い。どうしたら良いかの対応なども無く知らない場所で野良犬のように捨てられる。
最低以下です。
みなさんメトロで一駅行けばDelhi Aerocity に良いホテルが沢山あります。
お金を捨てて良い方のみ予約してください。
そもそも予約が分かりにくいのとホテルの場所が分かりにくくこのサイトでも明記してない時点で客思いではありません。
数万円ドブに捨てて野良犬になりたい方はどうぞ。

Solides Transit Hotel
Pros:

Für eine Nacht zum Transit Aufenthalt super geeignet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Mitarbeiter Somaan empfangen der mit viel Humor und Freude beim Job war. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem.
