Great location inside terminal 3 of DEL airport
Great for transiting India without having to get a visa. Great location within the internnational area. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast included.
Toilet didn’t alwaysflash and the Wi-fi was down for a while.
De locatie was perfect voor onze overnachting op Delhi airport
Het bed was erg klein en het was niet heel schoon
Emplacement idéal pour attente du prochain vol.
Prix chambre un peu cher pour quelques heures parfois
Location - inside terminal
Check in process extremely complicated due to security regulations (hotel is accessible only through airport staff areas that are under additional security checks). Nobody spoken to at the airport knew the hotel exists, requiring direct phone contact to hotel to get assistance for check in. Breakfast 'lukewarm' experience. Very limited and poor selection.
Totul a fost superb

Price is very expensive and the room is very small
The actual hotel is fantastic - lovely comfortable beds in our room, absolute quiet, great shower and so on.
When we staggered up to the luggage desk for the hotel in Terminal 3 and asked if there was a room, we were told that there wasn't one. So we walked away and I booked a room via Booking.com and we went back to the hotel. When we finally got to reception, my friend tried to complain that we had been turned away previously and told there was no room. The receptionist told us that the room was ours at his discretion and if we weren't going to be nice, there would be no room. I obediently grovelled and we got to keep the room. My friend apologized too. Although we are in our sixties, at no point did anyone ask to help us with our luggage (nor did they offer to help the family who checked in before us) and we were told our room was down the hall. Nobody attempted to show us the way. Afterwards, they added TWO 9% service charges to the bill, amounting to some £40 extra, I assume because my friend had got upset about being told there was no room available when there was, and we were effectively being fined for her attempt to complain. Yes, she was cross, but all she said was that she wanted to complain.
When you get to Delhi International Airport, you can expect that every second person is working with the taxi touts. You will be scammed left and right and there's not much you can do about it unless you've been through the system before. They lead you to the fake taxis and show you a fake price chart, saying that it costs 22,000 rupees to get into Delhi. I recommend loading the Uber app on your phone so you only pay 400 rupees for the trip. There are signs warning about taxi touts, but really it is all so slick you are likely to be scammed and just have to suck it up. Unfortunately, nothing is being done about it and it is all just accepted. I feel that this 'sickness' and attitude towards the tourists has spread to this hotel too, sadly.
