I’m very Delieght to stay at this hotel for business travel for more than 10 days where the housekeeping staff is very supportive and the rooms are hygienically cleaned every day. Special mention of Roshan from house keeping who is very hardworking and ensures 100% perfection.

I say staying in Cocoon Hotel for my business trip for 10 days. I must say that is the best option hotel in the city especially if you're looking for business meet and ofcourse even for family stay. What stands out the best is the room cleaning services and the hygeine maintained throughout the day. Staff is really cooperative, I want to give the special shoutout to Roshan from Housekeeping department who ensured that I have the best experience throughout my stay especially with respect to ensuring that my room is cleaned and well maintained on daily basis

My stay at Cocoon Hotel during my recent visit to Pune was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient. It is in the Magarpatta City. This makes it easier to move around the city of Pune.
Despite my delayed flight and late arrival at 11:30 p.m., the check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The front office staff was warm and welcoming.
I had booked the suite room for my stay. The rooms are practically designed and are amazingly spacious, well maintained and clean. I had the drawing/living room area which was well designed and decorated and it’s very convenient to meet my guests there. Also, if one wants a quite time alone outside of the room, it’s one of the best places to be. In the morning time one can have a warm cup of tea in the small balcony and enjoying the view. All basic amenities were provided in the bathroom, and everything was organized to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The decor in the rooms is tastefully done, and it adds to the whole ambience of the rooms and still makes you feel as if you are having a nice home to stay in.
The food was one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast spread was well organized and offered a wide variety of options, particularly for vegetarians. The food quality was good, and everything was served freshly, which enhanced the overall dining experience. For non-vegetarians like me, the breakfast options are limited and there is room for improvement.
The check-out was smooth and the front office staff was very efficient in ensuring a quick and hassle free check-out.
I had a very good overall experience, highlighted by the comfortable and spacious rooms. I would highly recommend Hotel Cacoon to anyone visiting Pune.

My third stay here was another incredible experience. The food, ambience, and staff behaviour were all flawless. The hotel standards have surely set an unbeatable benchmark! I particularly want to mention Jenny, the HK staff member. She's incredibly sweet and exceptionally skilled in her role. A very pleasant stay indeed!
