Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht verbracht, typisches amerikanisches Motel, ordentliche Zimmer mit zwei großen Betten, alles da was man braucht, Klimaanlage funktioniert.
Leider war das Zimmer etwas hellhörig, sowohl zur Seite als auch zum ersten Stock hin.
Leider gab es hier auch kein Frühstück, nur Kaffee war inklusive.
Staff was helpful
Clean room, friendly staff, nice and cozy common area.
Needs a table in the room - no place to eat when you order in. Also - Girl at the front desk - it was hard to get her off her cell phone to help you out. Absolutely loved the outside sitting area in the grass. Bummer the restaurant was closed Mon/Tues.
Lack of free breakfast is a minus.
carpet was dirty, room was not cleaned when requested, lot of flies in the reception area

The property is modern and clean! I just wish they had some free breakfast items and comfier mattresses.
Great location for going to either Ouray or Telluride. Ridgeway is in an absolutely beautiful setting.
Affordable clean rooms and we liked the option of 2 bedroom suites both times we’ve came here with bigger groups. 3rd times a charm and we will be back for a fourth and more.
Clean room.
The room was large. Only one chair in the room. Had to ask for towels. Dining was available. And the service was very good. The only complaint was the live entertainment.
Freezer section of refrigerator was so frosted over, I could not get my two freezer packs in it. Found hair on the floor from previous guest.
Hotel was pristine and the staff was wonderful. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay!
it was quiet
Room hardwood floor dirty. Left dirt, sand & pet hair on our feet. Needs vacuum & wet mop. Bed was not level. No breakfast on 9/25, “Sorry, restaurant closed” posted. The young lady working front desk on 9/25 morning had zero customer service. She appeared annoyed when asked a question as she had to try to look up from her cell phone. No thank you, good morning, Won’t be staying at this property again.
Quick stay, but nice room and friendly staff.
Property was nicely located as a base to both Telluride and Ouray. Also very convenient to downtown Ridgway. Hotel restaurant was closed while we were there. Coffee was provided. Room was very sparsely furnished with very limited table or counter space. Lighting was noticeably poor. Enjoyed the sitting area and the views outside.
